The big terrance is so great. Good view and good weather in Barcelona. This could attract you to have dinner everyday at the apartment. The kitchen is good, we could find everything we need for cooking. The host replied the messages quickly. And the Wi-Fi was not bad. Also, during our stay, there was no noise from the neighbors. I could tell the host try best to provide a parking place for the guests in such a narrow place.

The elevator broke when we arrived. My husband broke the right ankle. So it was extremely hard for him to go to the sixth floor. The good thing is that after I contacted the host, they tried to let workers fix it as fast as they could. Since the parking space was very tight, it is better to let the guests to put on their number or room number in the car if they park the car close to the slope. We almost could not get out when checked out, because there was a car blocking the way and we could not find the owner.

Looked better on the pictures then In reality. Not very comfortable sleeping beds. AC extremely high despite temperate put on 21 C. Missing blankets for all members causing sleepless night due to being cold. Not even complimentary coffee/tea considering the high price point. Complicated check process.

Big apartment with the balcony and "kinda" view from it, elevator, good kitchen with all utensils for cooking. On the street near appointments you can find bus stop. Good park in 5 minutes of walk and there are few places with great view on Barcelona nearby. Park Güell-Gaudi is placed in 15 minutes of walk (but entrance is not a free for tourists and should be scheduled within 0.5 hour intervals). A lot of little markets nearby.

It is a studio, not 2 separate rooms (it's not so cool if you are traveling with the child). Not enough of light in the whole appointment. Bad soundproof - first 2 nights you will constantly wake up through the night because of different neighbors - the entire entrance is taken (by AB) for rented apartments so a lot of check-in and out happening around. Plus not all guests are silent. Nearest metro station in 15 minutes of walk either up or down a steep hill. We've found a sink with dishwashing liquid but doesn't found a sponge :) There was a washing machine but without washing powder․ Trash bin without garbage bags․ Nobody cleaned nothing for our 5 days stay. And separate big pain is a checking in. Because for "key-less" access you need to install separate application on your phone which will require your geo-location and Bluetooth enabled plus "max screen brightness" (unclear why). I've decided that it is too big breach for my privacy and asked for physical keys. And it turned out that I have to take the keys at the office in the city center (note that the apartments are located on the outskirts of the city), and this is ~40 minutes of commute. With a luggage it is 1 hour. Additionally, they allow to take keys only after 15:00 while you should leave apartments at 11:00. So they are cutting ~5 hours from your first day for sure.

The rest of Barcelona attractions are at least a metro ride away.

Apartament looks the same as on the photos. The only disadvance was, that it is located on the hill, so going on foot to this place, can be painfull. All the rest - met my requirements.
