The property was everything that we hoped it would be. The location was amazing and the property itself was very clean and comfortable.

Location and attentiveness of manager. We had a shower malfunction and she arranged to have the faucet replaced the next day

This property needs updating. The shower faucet was broken, the shower was in a bathtub with a plexiglass wall that moved. My travel companion didn’t feel safe in the bath—nothing to hold onto getting in and out, plexiglass swings open and closed and doesn’t keep the water in properly. The vent in the bathroom was very dirty—thick with dust. The kitchen sink plugs didn’t fit properly which made doing dishes very inconvenient.

Clean, we were met at the property on time and host walked us through the unit and explained everything. Location great, moderate walk to most downtown attractions.

Very comfortable, with all the required amenities. Near grocery store and good restaurants. Quiet at night.

A bit of a walk away from the some of the highlights, especially at night where the area was very quiet. As I was a single woman walking home at night, I felt a little uneasy, but never had any problems. It also should be noted that the main bedroom only has a double bed which was smaller than we expected.

Sandy was excellent, had an issue with the kettle which was resolved within the hour!

Earlier check in than 3pm should be possible

Great customer service and we were handed the keys and given a few instructions / information on the apartment. She also kindly sent us some excellent restaurant recommendations - they were so good, we couldn't get in but the menus look fabulous! The apartment is an excellent size - separate modern kitchen, large open plan lounge and diner, 2 double bedrooms and a big bathroom. Heater fans worked really well the couple of times we needed them too. The location is central - a few minutes walk to the Arc de Triomf and 2 metro stations.
