Das Zimmer war eher klein für 6 Personen & der Schlaf war leider nicht so gut, da einer im Zimmer stark geschnarcht hat.
Ich wurde jedoch beim Check-in darauf hingewiesen, dass sich noch ein Mann in unser Zimmer gebucht hat. Aber trotzdem etwas mühsam..

El hostal está en muy buena zona, a 20 minutos andando del castillo por un paseo muy agradable junto al lago y con el autobús 201 en breves minutos estás en el centro.
El personal del hostal es encantador. Las habitaciones muy cómodas con enchufe Justo en la cama lo que es muy cómodo para poder cargar el móvil, y una propia taquilla para poder guardar tus cosas.
El desayuno incluido también era muy completo.
Esto no es punto negativo del hostal, pero simplemente por comentarlo para que los próximos viajeros lo sepan, se cobran en Montreux 5 francos la noche por tasas.

Breakfast was great. Beds comfortable. Good late check in procedure. Lots of bathrooms which were all very clean. Modern facilities. Extremely good value for the price paid. Would stay again and would recommend.

The hostel itself is great. The room is clean and comfortable. There are plenty of toilets and shower rooms so that we don’t have to wait for a long time to take a shower. The dining room is big and well-equipped.
When we checked in, the staff told us that breakfast would be from 6:30 to 9:30. On the other hand, the information on Booking said that breakfast would start at 7:00. However, when my friends and I came down for breakfast at 6:30 this morning, there is no breakfast or staff on the ground floor. I used the phone on the reception desk to call for help, but the one who answered the phone told me that breakfast starts at 7:30. It really confused me that there were so many different versions of the time for breakfast. Besides, it caused us a lot of trouble because we already booked the train to Interlaken.

It was a great location a 25min walk into the centre of Montreux along Lake Geneva very picturesque. The breakfast had a good range to choose from and well presented.
In my single room there was no blind on the bedroom window to keep the light out.

Very friendly staff at reception, excellent breakfast. The Montreux Riviera card is excellent and really helps. Location is great, close to public transport and right next to the lake and lovely views. I would certainly recommend staying here.

The staff was so incredibly friendly, helpful, and so welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful. Beds and pillow are comfortable. The location is great—right by the lake/promenade with a lovely 15 minute walk to Chillon Castle and close bus connections to town.
Unfortunately, wifi is only available in the lobby. Additionally, there was a large school group during my stay that were very loud and inconsiderate of others. Not the fault of the hostel, but something to consider checking prior to booking a stay.

Counter staff is very friendly. Despite me having to check-out at 6am in the morning, they provided for me simple breakfast so I can have it earlier. Walk outside and you will have sea view.
Need to walk even if you take the bus 201 or the train to Territet Station. It would be better to take the train and walk from Territet Station as there is less steps more luggage friendly.

the location is good, it's not at the center CENTER of Montreux but it's a 15' walk. The hostel is suuuuper quiet and the beds are comfy. The check in/out process was super simple.
The breakfast didn't had a lot of options, i'm vegan and for me was only bread and tomato. The pillows are a bit small, but that's in all switzerland :')

The hostel is in a perfect location - close to the train station and the Chillon castle and the lake Leman promenade. We got good hints about local restaurants from the lady in charge. The breakfast was varied and with good choice. The staff was professional and helpful. The room was comfortable, so were the beds. The place is very clean anad tidy. Overall a good 1 night stay for us.
One more pillow would be great. Wifi worked only in the reception.

We forgot the card key inside our room (around 9:30pm) and there’s no one in the reception to help us. We called the hotel’s emergency number but no one answered. Too much water pressure in the shower.

Very clean, helpful staff (assisted in French to rent an E bike for me), plenty of showers and toilets, I liked the location along the southern end of the beautiful promenade (8 km of safe, landscaped, well lit, walking path along the lake), generous breakfast, comfy rooms.
Hostel is 3 blocks (downhill) from the #201 bus which goes everywhere needed to connect in Montreux.
The elevated train adjacent to the property runs till after midnight and starts before 7 (I believe), hard to get a good night of sleep.
The WiFi only works on the first floor (and all rooms are 2nd, 3rd, 4th). There are quiet spaces on the 1st floor to connect to WiFi but no cushioned, comfy seating, only hard chairs.
Reception closed from 10 am to 5 pm, and self-serve lockers in lobby are inadequate in number (or broken) so no secure place to drop luggage & explore the area if you arrive b4 5 pm.
All in all, while I was tired after 4 nights b/c of nearby train, the property still has a lot to offer!
