Gran 1600 pies cuadrados DOS HABITACIONES DOS BAÑOS Condominio. Vista a la playa desde todas las habitaciones con 80 pies de ventanas. Las imágenes no muestran ni cuentan la historia completa. El condominio está a 125 pies del agua. Cuando comes en la mesa, estás a solo 100 pies de la gente en la playa. Ser capaz de ver una media milla fácil en cada dirección hace que toda la conversación en la mesa cuando se come sobre lo que está sucediendo y lo que la gente está haciendo en la playa. Great condo with AMAZING VIEWS, lots of space and a very well stocked kitchen (it had everything and we could have even baked a 4 tier cake if we wanted to). Fantastic beaches and 3 pools were great too. We will definitely be back!

The beach front ocean views of this property is so much more than the photos can show !! I felt like I was on the beach while sitting at the island having a meal! Tow right turns out of the condo you will be on the beach access ramp only steps away from the sand !!!! Other guest were complimenting our location because it’s that perfect! Upon arrival we immediately opened the curtains to take in the view! Unit fully equipped, including two fans, each room has ceiling fans as well (bonus for me)! The unit was exceptionally clean (not a hair anywhere) and we looked too! Yes .. bc we’re that family and my daughter is a clean freak !!! So.. book it now or you may not get on the next search !!! Almost happened to us !! So grateful for this stay!

My family and I have been coming to Panama City Beach for years. This is 100% the nicest condo that we have ever stayed. Karl was awesome. He made the entire rental process very simple. The condo was extremely clean upon arrival and was supplied with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be renting this unit again.

We had an amazing stay. The condo is located in a gated community, condo on the first floor that had access right out to the beach. 3 pools to choose from. The view from the room was amazing- Even when you were not at the beach, you felt like you were.

Great location. Fall out of the condo right onto the beach! Host was extremely attentive and accommodating and promptly responded to any questions about the area, etc. that we had. Great restaurants up and down nearby. Beach was beautiful and relaxing. Just what we all (wife, 3 children & 2 dogs) all needed! Definitely recommend!!

Enjoyed our stay very much! Karl was super helpful and accommodating. The condo had everything we needed, and then some. SUPER clean, which we are very picky about. Very conveniently located away from the busiest of the Spring Break crowd, yet close enough to get to everything quickly. We definitely plan to return!

We can't say enough positive things about this amazing beachfront condo. The views are spectacular from every room inside the condo. The porch also has excellent views of the beach and is a great spot to watch the sunrise and sunset. The condo is clean, well maintained and has all the comforts of home. The property is also well maintained and has lots of amenities. You will not be disappointed with your beach vacation. Plenty of restaurants and fun stuff to do are also very nearby. We highly recommend this amazing beachfront condo! And it was PUPtastic for our two dogs! ☺️

This condo is exactly as described, and was perfect for our stay. And the views! The pictures don’t do them justice. We were so close to the water. The walk to the beach was super easy. There was plenty of room. This is our favorite out of all the condos we’ve stayed in. Karl was great with providing all the info we needed plus some extras like things to see and places to eat. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Thanks Karl for sharing your lovely condo with us.

I thought it might be too good to be true, but the reviews were overwhelmingly positive so we booked it! I have never been happier with a booking—REALLY. It feels like you’re staying in a friends home—not a rental. The furnishings, linens, and kitchens cooking supplies were excellent.
Karl was an excellent communicator, and was very helpful with whatever questions I had.
Our March weather was beautiful to look at, but the wind had a chilly bite. So we stayed inside a lot and enjoyed the panoramic views in the condo. Except for no tan lines, we feel like we had a perfect beach vacation!

The ocean view when you entered the living space was simply beautiful! The space was clean and so comfortable one day all 5 of us just sat on the couch and enjoyed the day relaxing. The owner Karl was the best owner I have worked with and I have been to many VBRO homes. He was attentive and helpful and ensured we had a great stay. Pictures do not do this property justice. This corner unit has never ending views! As soon as we walked in we were taken back by the views. Check in was a breeze. Many things close by but it was hard to leave that view. Unfortunately they were doing maintenance on that corner of the complex and it was noisy most of our stay. (None of which was Karl’s fault or control) would definitely love to come back to this one. Thank you Karl for keeping in touch with us!!!! Steiners

You can't always rely on pictures or reviews, however this one is absolutely the best condo in PCB.From the view,easy access,to how awesome this place is as a whole.If you like sitting in condo and resting the view is unbelievable.If you like hanging out on the beach,no elevator and a short walk to the beach.If you like the pool,there's three to choose from plus a ton of palm trees to sit under around the pool.If you like to go out,short walk to your car and a short walk or drive to everything.I honesty wished I could put in words how great this condo is but it is impossible to do.From possibly the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in or the great view while you are just chilling.Ty Karl for the perfect place for me and Tammy to return to for years to come.

This is our second time my wife and I, including our little Yorkie are staying at this condo. Wow! We were blown away by this condo! Impressive beach views throughout the condo. Clean, well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, bath towels, etc. Very spacious for a two bedroom. Never felt like we were cramped. The large balcony was also a wonderful feature w/ spectacular views of the beach. Sunsets were amazing! The proximity to the beach was amazing. Just a few steps and we were sitting on the longe chairs w/ umbrella service that was provided for us. We also throughly enjoyed the property as it had 3 amazing pools, grills, a tiki snack hut, bar/restaurant, and a gym just to mention a few amenities. The property is also conveniently located near many outstanding restaurants. We love to travel w/ our pup’s and it’s very dog friendly w/ numerous dog waste stations. We regularly vacation at the beach and this condo is definitely one of our favorites! We are already planning on visiting again.

This condo was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. The view of the beach from the kitchen, living room, and both bedrooms are amazing. The windows are from the floor to the ceiling. The condo has very easy access to the beach. The beach service that comes with the rental is awesome! The owner Karl, is a great guy and is very informative about the area. You can tell he takes pride in this condo as everything is immaculate. We will definitely coming back here next year again.Thank you Karl for the wonderful stay!

The owner of this amazing place went above & beyond to make this a wonderful place! Upon check-in, Karl wanted to be sure that we did not have any problems or issues. It was perfect and there was nothing that could be improved upon. Wonderful place steps from the beautiful beach, pool areas are nice, everything is so clean. This was our second time staying at this condo. We had 3 adults and a dog with us and this condo is so beautiful, always clean, and has the most amazing views. One day while we were there I had to stay in for the day due to a bad sunburn and I was still able to enjoy the beach because I could see beach views for miles. The owner is very nice, communicates very well, and has been a pleasure renting from him both times. We love it so much that we didn’t want to leave. Property was better than advertised. Ocean view from every room. Every room was oversized. Right on the beach. Entertainment and restaurant on the property. Great location for the teenagers. Well appointed condo. Only complaint at all for our visit when we took the dogs out no bags supplied for pick up. If my wife and I take a large group again I will definitly try to stay here. If you don’t want to take elevator the stairs are only a few up to floor. Karl is wonderful to work with. Never had any troubles contacting him and he calls you to make sure everything is ok with condo. He also very informative in places to go and eat. I’m the last 15 yess as years I’ve been coming to PCB I’ve never fell in love with a condo and had amazing owners that care so much about your happiness and satisfaction! I can honestly say I will not be looking anywhere else now! Already planning for my next year trip!

We've stayed at several condos in PCB and thoroughly enjoyed the convenient access to the beach that this condo provided for our family. The parking lot is right outside the unit, so there is no parking garage to drive through or walk to; which means quick loading/unloading and you can quickly hop in the car to go get groceries, dinner, etc. The unit is clean, has a well-stocked kitchen, and has an amazing view of the beach. There are windows with a beach view in the master bedroom, guest bedroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. This is a rare find in PCB. The owner is very nice to work with and access to the condo was quick and convenient. This unit is not a skyscraper, which means finding a spot on the beach is also very easy.
