Good location. Well maintained.
People at the reception. Very withdrawn and impersonal. Feel like a stranger although I stay there every visit to Chennai.

The breakfast was exceptional which included continental, South Indian and more. The live coffee counter was a great addition. Bonus points for letting us take away our coffee. Shoutout to the hardware king chef and staff Thani serviced our requests super quick.
The other restaurants are a little pricey but the food is great. More seating options after checking out would be great as the Lounge has a minimum order to sit.

Breakfast and bar facilities were exceptional
1) We requested for early check in ( 12 pm) a day before and the person we spoke guaranteed that they can provide room.
We planned all our morning and whole day accordingly and called the hotel by 10.30 am and they said no rooms are
available and they cannot guarantee anything. The person was rude and did not reveal his name.
2) We arrived at the hotel by 12pm and no rooms were available, The representative was trying to convince me to take a
suite room which costs 12k extra and I am forced to accept that.
3) The suite room was smelly (dust smell) and TV was not working. Called and fixed the TV issue.

Breakfast was a wide choice of indian and international. I enjoyed it very much and was the highlight of my stay.
Service could have been a little better as it does get very busy during breakfast.

The room layout was nothing short of exceptional, large and bright and spacious and loved the rain shower. The best part was all of it. The room could have been entirely carpeted instead of just the bed circumference area but the bed was super comfortable and nice. Highly recommend and it was truly a luxurious treat for us.
Breakfast buffet could have been more tastier, a wider spread of international items too. But it was more than enough for a normal guest.

The room was clean and tidy. The only problem was with the toilet which was not fitted with a health faucet and as we Indians do have the habit of using it and not the paper! Also, once you are using the 'john" or bath, your room mate can actually see you!!
A little more privacy at the John would have been a nice thing for the Indian Guest with a health faucet fitted or atleast a bucket with mug would have been welcome!

Not much, except for the location. Breakfast was good. And two staff at the dining room were very good - Karthik and Anand. Service with a smile.
Almost everything. Front office is arrogant and rude. I had booked a high floor (5, 6 floor) room with pool view. They provided me a room on the 3rd floor, without even an apology and also charged me the same rate. I felt cheated. And would like a refund. The WiFi didn’t work for two days. The mattress was so bad my husband had to get it changed. What more can I say.

I like the buffet breakfast it was very tasty and there were good varieties of it. Besides that the room was also very clean and comfortable. The Toilet were clean and well maintained.
I think the breakfast buffet could have had a different menu daily. I stayed for 4 nights and most of the mornings, the breakfast was pretty much the same.

I had a royal experience with Hyatt.. loved the Staff.. Especially Biplab was very nice and immediately ready to help us in the buffet

Absolutely loved the hospitality of the staff. The complimentary airport pick-up was a nice touch and our check-in was seamless. Rooms were spacious and the bathroom was outstanding. The breakfast spread was fantastic too. All in, excellent value for money. Loved the bee-themed artwork around the hotel interior as well.

Breakfast spread good with several options available. Staff very helpful and positive. REM was always smiling and kind. The idea of Anna shop inside the restaurant novel.
I booked the room at least 3 months earlier with request for high floor. However, while check in was allocated in 3rd floor curtly saying room upgraded which wasn't the case.
Wi-Fi did not work inside the bedroom. Staff tried to rectify,but could not fix it.
Saloon / parlor for ladies not available, so had to go outside for the same.

Mesmerizing stay the staff behavior and getting things done with in one call , personal space and privacy also the ambience of the residence totally worth the invest . also my incident , me and my wife arrived early to the hotel there were no rooms available on spot .. They arranged it and gave us within minutes which ever was available in the same booking since we travelled long were tired . such a polite nature of staff ...really impressive and recommend 😄😄😄
since there are no slides in the pool area or any such dangerous area any garment can be allowed rather than the swimming costume ( my opinion )

Air Conditioning was worst part. There reception people also weren't helpful. Had to call 4 to 5 times for AC repairing during stay but was in vain. Didn't expect this kind of performance with Hyatt.
