Pretty nice location, we loved it. We were able to move around with no problem. The facilities are pretty decent and rooms are comfortable and spacious. We had a room on the last floor with a view to the city and it was beautiful. The bed was OK and pillows were soft.

Staff was a little rude when they saw we had with us our little dog, who was not going to stay there. And the valet parking was pretty slow. Their parking lot don't know how or why, left in my car a noticeable bad smell. From time to time a cigarette smell was coming out from the extractor in the bathroom.

Location is good, shower works.

The hard mattress has a sweaty plastic cover. The WiFi is really bad. I was here 2 years ago and nothing changed (even though they did reply to my comments).

Took 30 minutes to get warm water for a shower. The beds a bit hard. Breakfast was a joke, juice, coffee, small plate of tasteless fruit and a stale tasting roll.

Love that we we're greeted and our luggage was sanitized. Cleanliness of the rooms and the view, the pool could use some more clean water. Location was awesome

The internet was really bad or none at all, the TV had no reception and the doors didn't have a Do not disturb sign so on my vacation I was waken by the maid early.

After an 8-night stay: It's probably built to serve as a business hotel, but lacks the updates to attract business people, which shows in the price (on Booking.com). My room was spacious, had a desk and a seat, everything in the bathroom works and the integrated airconditioner works well and is quiet. I liked the coffee machine and the daily bottles of water.

The WiFi eh... sucks! A standard definition cable TV system is outdated technology. Both need to be replaced asap with 2.4 AND 5 GHz mesh access points and an HDTV capable settop box with internet access (for Netflix). If the breakfast would be included in the price, this hotel would offer unbeatable price/performance. The people serving breakfast need to take their eyes off the TV. The one weekend I stayed here, the hotel came alive with lots of music and other noise in the evenings.
