room was good with amazing water views and nice and quiet

rooms were not serviced and when we asked for some coffee we were promptly told that the rooms only get serviced weekly and we needed to get our own - although the chappie did give us some in the end. We felt for the price - over $300 per night that at least we could be provided some extra coffee and some toilet paper each day.

Location was close to bars, restaurants and the all-important ferry wharf. The view from the balcony had glimpses of water around the marina.

The lounge suite was stained and in need of total replacement as the padding was virtually non-existent. No exhaust in the bathroom. The suite needed a good dusting and even a lick of paint might help.

Great views from small balcony. Kitchen well equipped. Nice views from lounge and bedroom.

Rude reception desk. When questioned about the amount of detail needed for check in ( licence, car records, phone number, email address postal address) rudely said well don’t stay here take your things and go. Floor in room had dead cockroach and had to ring to get tea and coffee supplies.

Was great, just would have loved fresh towels!
