The cost of breakfast for 2 people :(

All the personnel were awesome, friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable, a view to the harbour. The scallops as an entree were perfect, steak as mains was good. Breakfast was good

Air flow in the walkways from the rooms to the lifts, very humid.

Breakfast was good for eating healthily - best feature Lifts a feature Price too much for the room - I'm not into facilities like this, stayed at Novotel because selected by my employer. It was OK, but not normally my scene

Lights in room not all working. Power points in room - clumsy location for charging and using computer. Low level noise/hum couldn't be located and turned off, affected sleeping

The location was good

Everything else, it’s old, run down, smells funny, you pay good money to get a view of a brick wall. Old fittings that are hanging out of the walls, bathrooms are worn out and gross with railings falling half out, carpets are worn down and stained terribly. Even the luggage trolley was rusted and worn out. They seriously need to spend some money.

The room was poor for the price. The auf on noisy and the lighting very bright. I also found the bed and pillows unsatisfactory.

not very clean. bathroom smelt of stale urine and there wax blood smeared on window in bedroom but trey cleaned everything after I mentioned it to them

The staff were very cooperative and moved us into another room -and an upgrade, as our shower hot water wasn't working.

The room we were allocated had noise issues from the airconditioner in the room, and the hot water wasn't working when we had a shower. But, the staff moved us and gave us an upgrade, which was all great.

Stayed here many times before but it has gone down badly. no hot water first 2 nights, asked to be moved to a different room as they never fixed it, next room also cold water, just unacceptable when paying premium money per night. won’t be back

it was old and tired

I had dinner and it was great. All of the staff were nothing less than fantastic. Keep up the good work Novatel Darwin Staff. You guys are brilliant.
