Amazing swimming pool, 130 metres in length! Excellent dinner.

Superb pool and excellent restaurant. Great outside bathroom. Convenient location for airport, only 20 mins in taxi.

Surrounding area was limited

Not only is there a 100-meter pool on the main grounds, but there is also a second pool, near the beach, with an ocean view. The rooms are designed in such an interesting way, with the bathrooms outdoors, yet private. This hotel was so fun, and unbeatable value.

Upon entering the room there is a familiar smell of an old building that is constantly exposed to humidity. Not much can be done about this, and the hotel is otherwise remarkably clean. It is easy to get used to and did not impact our enjoyment!

Old tooms and not provided all facilities mentioned in website.Had to request for hair dryer/slippers etc Restaurant overly charged us for breakfast and had to request for updated bill.

Great room and outside bathroom, pool was great, food was great, people were friendly.

The staff couldn't understand English very well at all which made it difficult to communicate. I am vegetarian and was served croissants with a sausage in it and when I complained, the waiter just smiled and clearly didn't understand. The staff also made it a point to receive my boat receipt at 11pm at night even though I told them I was checking out the next morning and so, they could have waited until then. I was given conflicting information from different staff members about paying by card for the boat. I have had a nightmare trying to sort out a refund when my card was charged even though their website showed an error and should have never taken payment.

What a beautiful hotel and location. The pool was obviously incredible and provided a much-needed break from the heat. The food was lovely (see below for one instance) This was the best night's sleep we had on the entire trip. Highly recommend staying here, especially when traveling with people who have dietary restrictions.

The only complaint we have - A member of our group had to send their eggs back a few times because they were not fully cooked to their liking. That's it, and it was addressed and fixed. Everything else was wonderful
