The garden is truly magical. I felt like a princess when I was led to the room for the first time. Cats in the garden - very cute. The beds are comfortable and clean, without any bad smells. The A/C is very efficient and silent. The owner is an elegant lady with English education and manners. The rooms are in such a position that the guests rarely bother each other by noise. The coast is just one street away from the hotel - but you need to walk around the hotel resort. Two supermarkets in a short walking distance, affordable restaurants as well.

Trees surrounding the walls of the hotel bring insects (always, not just here). We were struggling with spiders and ants daily. (No, when kids start screaming SPIDEEEER!, it is not a time to go to ask for help - one just has to hike the ceiling and kill it.) The ants were quite numerous (tens daily killed) and they liked our luggage and clothes, so my daughter caught several ones crawling over me even in the aircraft on our way back home. I was not happy with the solution of the toliet paper bins. After the change (made by the cleaning staff) the bathroom smelled badly for hours. (Why? Wrong procedure, placing the bin over the toilet before removing it?) I had to clean the surfaces with wet tissues to improve it. Last but not least: we are special-needs guests, as my daughter suffers from epilepsy, which is triggered by bad sleep or by waking up during the night, especially during the evening. That was why we chose this hotel - the reviews describe it as really quiet. During the first night, it was perfect. Quiet, the garden smelled with flowers into the open window of our room. But during the second evening, a hell opened up. Very loud (and still louder) music from the neighbourhood that did not stop until almost midnight - the worst conditions for me and my children. I went to the reception to ask for help or complain but I was told that it was still before midnight, and so - OK - why do I complain? This made me really mad. One child was at serious health risk (barely sleeping with hearing protectors) and the other one, who had no protectors, was desperate of tiredness, fell asleep at 1 AM - sorry, this is not a hotel for children. The final disappointment came on the other day when the owner texted me and tried to rectify the situation, telling it was a "house party" and a singular situation, while GOOGLE MAPS SAY THAT THE SOURCE IS A MUSIC CLUB (Skylight Music Bar), no private house! I felt and still feel tricked. We checked out early.

Het is een ruim appartement met alle benodide faciliteiten, de ligging is rustig en gunstig en omgeven door goede restaurants en supermarkten, de bushalte naar Larnaca is aan de overkant. Het appartement beschikt over een zeer ruim terras waar je heerlijk kunt ontbijten.

Het appartment is aan een renovatie toe, het maakt een wat verwaarloosde indruk qua onderhoud.

Room was large and very clean, with everything we needed to cook for ourselves. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was great, very clean and the kids loved it.

I think a safe in the room could have been nice.

Room #43 is very used. Equipment is modest and too old. The kitchen cabinets horrible smell musty. The refrigerator is rusty and the paint is peeling, but it works. It is very uncomfortable to put food inside. The bathtub is very old and used. The wardrobe door is dirty near the handles. In the morning there was a cockroach on the ground. We were very disappointed.
