Alluna Motel was a great base for exploring Armidale over 2 days. The room was very clean, bed was extra comfy, and staff were very friendly. They had just taken over the motel, but handled everything perfectly.

As we’ve been travelling around Australia we were tired, and this motel was wonderful with everything we needed! The lady at the desk was super helpful and friendly and we enjoyed our overnight stay. Thank you

Location ok A bit of noise from the trucks

Yapping dogs all night I didn’t realise it was pet friendly Midnight, 2 am, 4 am non stop really

The room was clean the beds were comfortable but there were a lot of tradies in for the night who were quiet but woke us leaving for work at 5 and 6 in the morning

The room was quiet. The hotelier was friendly and warm. The beds were comfortable

The water did switch a bit from hot to cold during shower. Not sure the hotel has control over this or not

very well located, but quiet, easy access (corner block driveways);good bedding and toilet/shower; large bench and good seat

small problem with lights on arrival - quickly fixed.

I believe that this motel provides value for money. It is not a motel that is up market but is clean and comfortable.

The shower could be improved to give you hot water.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was nice and welcoming.

The property owners were very welcoming and accomodating. Even moving their car so I could park my motorbike out of the rain.

Location good, easy beautiful walk to town... it's very relaxing n there's churches n beautiful park..

The curtains were unfortunately very dusty and when the air conditioner was on the dust came also from the air conditioner and curtains causing bad sinus from some of the guests. cigarette butts were also left on the outside table on the ashtray not cleaned. All is needed is for the curtains and air conditioner to be cleaned.
