size of room was great. All we needed was there.

the car park is tight and quite tricky to get in and out of when there are other cars as well my room had a joining door through to the next room. there was a lot of noise I had to stuff towels under the crack at the bottom of the door.

The room was very spacious & well provisioned.

the joint alley balcony was very noisy as smokers tended to meet there.

Friendly staff, good size rooms, convenient location, check-in / out easy, free carpark, good wifi.

The reception staff were incredibly friendly.

Bycast leather furniture was 'breaking down' and leaving stains on clothing.

Pubic hair on bathroom floor, long black hair in shower. Pool & pool area was very small. Not suitable for a family.

There was no hot water for my morning shower. There was marks on the doona and the sheets in the bed not acceptable

The room was nice and clean

I did not enjoy the bed. It was ment to be a queen bed but it was two singles pushed together, which ment there was a gap where the beds joined and so uncomfortable. And the beds all up was uncomfortable and you could feel the springs.

staff where very nice

could hear music playing from the next room for most of the time, shower wasn't cleaned properly as there was hair on the walls. not enough parking for the hotel as we couldn't park in their. internet connection/reception poor

Staff very friendly and helpful

Staff were very friendly and helpful really nice when the first impression of a hotel starts off excellent. Kitchen and bed area was super clean.
