Location was very good.

Perfectly located for our needs. Very quiet considering it's on the main road.

Staff were super friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond, to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Recently renovated, the room was very clean/spotless, and felt spacious. Air-conditioning kept us nice and cool on some 30c days. Close to everything.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was very close (next door) to the Central Deborah mine site tourist attraction.

The location was central.

The receptions poor response to me using booking.com instead of calling direct, and the difference in what I reserved on booking.com to the actual room. Truth is ... without booking.com, I wouldn't have known the motel existed. As a regular booking.com member, I booked a superior queen bedroom (for the large open bathroom) and a discount. Upon arrival, I was given a standard double with a very tiny bathroom. So I overpaid for a standard double thinking I was getting a discounted queen.

Lovely. Otel in the central city area with nicely appointed rooms and very friendly and helpful management. We opted for an in-house breakfast due to a booking at the local attractions next door and it was really nicely presented and filling. Would definitely opt to stay again.

Car parking spaces were a little tight but thankfully the house was not full for the evening so we were able to keep our near-new rental away from other guests’ vehicles ($5000 damage premium tends to make one a touch paranoid!).
