The manager was very friendly and helpful , and the room attendant was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The bar was closed the whole duration of our stay, Asked the young lady at reception for ice. Both the girl behind reception and the other girl sitting in the lounge area, of reception, started laughing amongst each other, then said no,they also didn't know where the rubbish was to go,they then said they didn't understand English, there was no effort made to help.

The location was close.to Public Transportation and food facilities. We needed more towels and Jaelle was very helpful in assisting us..

All channels in French. The housekeeping staff only changed the bathroom garbage but didn't clean the room. Good thing we kept it clean.

Location, secure parking and an excellent breakfast.

Ibis hotel - ibis standard : good quality price ratio. Not everything is always perfect, but everything seems to be easy to fix. Kind and gentle stuff.

One small remark: big group of tourists (who are ofter the guests of the hotel) clean quickly the breakfast, so one day we had almost nothing to eat, service was not very helpful, like they just run out of the food. Even tableware was out, so we've received plastic table setting.

All bakery product was good.

All meat was frozen, like salami ham.

room card didn’t work on some nights

It was available for last minute booking (although I now know why).

Unfortunately, there were many things: - Bed bugs! The bed appeared clean and fresh sheets but as soon as we laid down, we started to feel biting and tickling. All night, we were bitten and did not sleep. We ended up sleeping in our car. - The hotel is run down and definitely not 3 star. - Parking is unclear and none of the codes they provided worked. We had to open the car park garage door by hand to get out. No one at reception answered the buzzer for help. - We we’re checking in late and just needed a place to stay, so we asked when the restaurant stopped serving food so we could eat and sleep when we got there. The restaurant was closed. luckily the lovely bar manager cooked us from fries himself and was very kind. - Unsafe! It is not a very safe place to walk around or be alone or in small groups of girls. We felt very uneasy. Overall, the worst place we have ever stayed. And we have travelled a lot.

Rooms are small (Single) but it's Ok if you are not more than 2, even if you have a baby. Limited breakfast buffet. If you will take metro/ train/ bus to CDG Airport from the hotel, make sure to leave 5 hours before your flight's take off time. You are going to need 2-2.5 hrs to reach the airport because of traffic.

hotel is quite far away from main city centre . late night travel bit difficult but overall nice peacefull calm and quiet.

The price was fine since we stayed only for one night. Did not expect much as this was a last minute booking.

They should have informed us of an alternative method of how to reach the hotel considering there was a construction that was blocking the normal route. The door lock was not working. The staff checked the key card and confirmed to me that the door lock was not working properly. He did not even bothered to tell me that eh will inform maintenance to fix it.
