Tout était parfait

Assez bien situé, près des transports et commerces. Bien équipé.

Quand je suis arrivée, il y avait pas mal de cheveux par terre. Il manquait du papier toilette et essuie-tout. Et le sommier qui se casse pendant que je regarde la télévision, surprenant je ne pèse que 65kg. J’ai dormi par terre, heureusement que le matelas était confortable.

L’immeuble et l’emplacement

Nothing, such a terrible experience from start to finish. Not even a good location. And nothing since to put things right.

The place hadn't been cleaned since the previous guest, there was an unmade bed with dirty sheets, an overflowing rubbish bin and damp towels hanging on various pieces of furniture. The key wasn't under the doormat as we were told it would be and it took an hour for a key to be bought over. It was then the wrong key. When we finally got in and saw the place was dirty, we were totally fed up and asked the owner to refund us and we'd go stay elsewhere. It's been one month and still no refund or contact from the owner despite repeated efforts. This was the only poor experience of our Paris Olympics visit. I've put photos to prove this, but they're stills from a video we sent to the owner so not amazing quality.

Was a great studio and well equipped and set-up BUT NO WATER ACCESS!!

The people living in the apartment directly underneath would complain and get mad every time we would use the water, e.g. showers, toilet & taps. The water was not draining properly and would leak through our floor and through their roof. They made us go into their apartment and look at the cracks in the ceiling and the leaking water into the buckets they had set up - it appears that at any moment the roof may collapse!!! We felt very bad for their situation so we did not shower and minimised our water usage the entire stay. They said that it has been an ongoing problem. This studio apartment should NOT be listed until this water issue is fixed. The location is also a little bit far from any restaurants and/or train stations.
