no valet parking and parking spot too far and looks dangerous

Ruth the Manager for reception was very nice.

For the amenities when doing the reservation, I did include breakfast and when I checked in, they told me that it was not included in for the rate I was paying. I was not happy at all when they told me that.

Room was clean and comfortable , view was great

Wifi didn’t always work in my room

Restaurant staff was great. Front desk staff was a little slow.

My room on the first night had a leak from the AC or some other source. If someone checked the room prior they would have known.

Safe was not working, the hotel did not fix it. Breakfast and dinner were terrible. Staff in the restaurant was not helpful or friendly.

The hotel was cold and impersonal. No good vibes at all. The pool area was a disaster.

Location is good for running in the morning.

I was disapointed. A 5 Star hotels creates expectations that you have to fulfil. Missing Bellboy might be a minor thing. But missing the room to clean up during the day and not being able to ensure that the next day the room will be cleaned up, that was really a lag of service and responsability. On top: On check out I got an information folio, this is not an official invoice. I asked again about an official invoice and it was only given me with some resistance. I had to show them the cardboard they have just next at the reception desk where it is informed that leaving without an official invoice is a tax violation crime penalized with x % of the invoice value plus extra charges. I felt this was mean and completely inresponsible from the reception stuff.
