The facilities of CitySleeps are all we needed for a quick transit in Lulea. The rooms and beds are comfortable and clean. The place felt safe and the other guests relaxt.

good location to city centre walked over the road to a big lake and saw the northern lights, so brilliant location to see them multiple showers and toilets as it didn’t have a window it was nice dark to sleep in

the common space was right outside my room so could hear people outside talking, think you can hear it more as there is a tiny gap under the door

There was a switchknife implanted into the door frame and a hammer under the mattress where our friends lived.

the location is amazing, they have private double rooms, there was silence, there are a lot of bathrooms.

the bathroom could be cleaner, especially when you take the shower you can easily spread water everywhere, but still one of the cleanest hostels I’ve been to

we were three friends in a room and there was only 2 towels. Since there wasn’t any staff we could not get a third towel.

I do not know about the reviews I had a good stay. For a hostel I think is amazing. Bunkbed perfect for friends , couple or singles. Located in a very good position with a parking spot right close by. The staff was very friendly and the kitchen equipped

The only drawback are actually the other tenants whom don’t wash after themselves leaving dishes or fridge dirty.

You must fix the doors my neighbor room they were with kids was going out and in and the door had alot of noise i would to call customer service to rub it with a little oil i was room 115 and and 116 was making noise the door movment

Convenient, 10 mins from station, on the Lake, comfortable bed and nice linen

Impersonal. No staff, little local or travel information, little food or drink, even from vending machines. Not many toilets. No windows or air-con.

WIFI did not work between 17-20. I guess that is because there were too many other users at the same time. Quite loud at night since there were groups of people partying and discussing/argueing at night.

Thin walls, hard to sleep because guests did not respect quiet hours, and I could literally hear a phone vibrate from the next room. Poor ventilation, no windows. When I arrived, my room code was wrong and I had to call to get a new one.
