Very good localisation, very convenient underground garage. Good e-mail contact and short formalities by check-in and check-out. We have appartment in ground level - it was spacious with nice area for sitting outside. General comfort of stay there was very good!!! Ticket for public transport and all cable cars included in the price!!!

Kitchenette rather small and with limited capabilities. No oven. Poor quality of some kitchenware.

The sauna was closed despite the public spas and pools being open in the neighbouring town. In person access to staff was limited.

The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Staff are very helpful. The location is good once you get your bearings, the cross country tracks are a ten minute walk and the centre of town is also ten minutes away. Very comfortable rooms, we slept well and the water was always hot. There is a sauna and a laundry room. The Ski room is in the basement garage, which keeps cars snow free.

The mini kitchen is just a little too cramped but we manged OK. I think lots of people return and that may be why there is a lack of information in the room. It is not obvious where the bins and recycling are. Getting out of the garage could be signposted, I had to ask reception how it worked. Small map with the town and loipes in relation to the accommodation would be nice.

We liked the space and facilities on offer. The location is ideal for what we want.

The carpets were heavily stained and the pillows were really flat. These are minor points but it has lowered the rating given.

Everything went well. Easier to reach the house from hbf, and to collect the keys from the automatic machine. The stay was good and comfortable.

Was expecting a great view of mountains from the home, but the house (ground floor room) was surrounded by trees and other houses and couldn't see the mountains. I was a bit disappointed about it.
