I liked the staff. Available at the late hours I arrived. Good communication. Fast check-in. Free breakfast, available 24h, even at 5am when I woke up.

Some road workers hosted in the hotel didn’t clean the shared dishes in the kitchen. Room was hot when I arrived, but I turned on the AC and soon after it had a good temperature.

Nice and clean hostal. They offer tea and coffee plus butter and jelly woth muffins, croissants, toasts... All time!

The walls are thin so not very quiet with neighbors...

The room was comfortable and quiet, facing onto trees and gardens despite being in the center of town. The shared lounge / dining area was really a bonus and there is a good supermarket next door. And the host was kind and generous.

I arrived at 11am and thankfully I was able to check in early as my room was clean. I was in town to get my vaccine so I wanted somewhere close to stay. The man on the reception was very friendly and helpful, explaining everything to me in details. I understand this can be difficult as I speak English so I really appreciate that. The room itself was good, basic but perfect for my needs. It was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a bath which I was delighted to see so I had a lovely warm bath that evening.

They provide you with shower gel, towels, soap and a hairdryer. Location is good for the national parks.

The kitchen could be a lot better equipped. The only options where processed white carbs and lactose. Where global consumption of dairy products is failing, places like this fail to meet there customer target requirements. There where no metal forks and knives. There was no where to heat food without the microwave. Not enough plates (no bowls). I couldn't believe they require you to pay 50c for a coffee. The walls are a bit to thin - you can hear your neighbours sometimes. The shower didn't have hot water, only warm. WiFi speed can be better.

Very basic but functional hostal near the city centre.

The breakfast was pretty basic but hey, it's included in the quite reasonable room price.
