A super experience after a very long day's drive. Efficient and friendly welcome by the receptionist. The room was clean, fresh and very well appointed. Dinner was superb ! A good selection of items offered at the self-service breakfast room. Staff were pleasant and attentive. No shortage of smiles ! Unfortunately we didn't stay long enough to enjoy all the facilities on offer.

The directions to the hotel could be clearer, but the use of 2 GPS guides got us there without any particular problems. The staff were aware of this, and made useful suggestions for any future visits !

incredible staff who from the reception to restaurant were just exceptional. upgrade to a suite was an unexpected bonus and underlines the commitment to value and service the restaurant was absolutely incredible with a chef who cares about every aspect of the dining experience. this was a Michelin 2* restaurant in everything but name. superb food and an elegant reasonably priced wine list to match.

The facilities are great. The rooms are so big. The beds are XXL. The staff are very nice. Going to the swimming pool was a great experience. There were only two things. First, the hotel is a bit close to a highway. Consequently, you will hear the noise of the cars passing from at least some rooms. Second, it is a shame that there is no view to one of those landscapes where you can see the fields and the horizon

The room was the best above all. The spa is okay and the breakfast has some dishes that you can order, but the buffet isn't gorgeous if you don't ask for a dish (mostly, scrambled eggs, omelettes and ham & cheese sandwich) .

Some rooms don't have terrace or even a window that could be opened because they have huge glasses. We changed our room for another one with a lovely private terrace. In either case, there was some scratches on the wooden floors. It doesn't match the high level of the facilities. There is no coffee machine in the room, you need to ask reception so they bring you a coffee. I thought the "Nespresso service" was included in the price, and, despite it's not expensive, it makes me feel shy to dial 9 in order to get each of my 3 daily coffees.... The restaurant is nice and dishes are very delicate. We planned to have lunch or dinner almost daily there, but after the first night we decided it was better to have a meal in Lleida, which holds some excellent restaurants that we like more, and also significantly cheaper.

Room was superb in size, layout and cleanliness. Evening meal was also to a very good standard, and similarly the breakfast was scrumptious. Spa and swimming area was excellent.

Lovely hotel, however lacked atmosphere. Wonderful if you want a very quiet time alone. Much of the decor looked tired and in need of a revamp.
