Good location and free parking

The aircond is liking and it drip a lot still floor is wet and so far stayed twice both room is not cold at all

There are Cockroaches in the room, the room is dirty. Upon check out day, we called to reception that we need another 15 minutes extension, the reception never reject, but by 12pm, the hotel staff just open the hotel door without even knocking on the door. I have to say that we are lucky because all of us has already put on proper clothes. If you could not accept extension, just tell when we call. And not being so rude to open the door without any notification.

old facilities, AC really took time to cool the room, toilet not clean, slow water pressure. Not worth the money.

I like hotel staff SITI.. She with her ever big smile and friendliness made our stay so comfortable. Very helpful person. Also hotel is good location to everything. Thanks mincott
