Location very good

The room was kind of shabby. I wasn’t sure how to use the TV. And some people might be put ohh the amount of noise but I guess some would appreciate the night life

IT WAS CLOSE TO ST VINCENT’S Hospital. It was easy get taix from there.

Location is superb and the room cleanliness & layout was ok. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean, tidy & functional but had some shortcomings as below.

The cleanliness of the foyer, hallway and stairs was ordinary. The room we stayed in had been renovated at some stage but the job on the reno was very ordinary. Tiles not laid properly, grout missing etc. With a little TLC this place would be great.

we were not expecting the rooftop room with private access but that is what we got… of course we loved it!

Good localisation and beautiful viey on the balcony

The appartement was dirty There was a lot of cockroach on the balcony and in the bathroom. The staff didn’t fixe the problem, in plus the service doesn’t come every morning.

Location was great

We booked and the policy stated the payment would be taken out 24-48 hours prior to booking. This was not done which made it very difficult to check in hours were only 2-6pm. Knowing we had plans during the day we couldnt shift we arrived at 10am the morning of to organise check in (knowing we wouldn't have access to the room until after 2pm). Noone was there. we called and tried paying over the phone or requesting they take payment from the card linked to the booking so that we could access after hours booking. For whatever reason this could not be done. Made it VERY difficult

Very spacious for 3 people. Beds have good sizes. Good location. Near Woolies, bus stop, train station, park, restaurant and the city.

Toilet has no hooks for clothes and towels. Aircon is weak so it takes time to cool down the room. Toilet accumulate water because the floor it's not level. Only had 2 glasses and 2 mugs for a room that fits 4 people (we were 3). Microwave, roaster and cutlery would be good to be included.

The location is great, close to Museum station walking distance. Lots of options for food around. The room is a fair size, but nowhere to put your suitcase. Bathroom is a bit small with the toilet and shower. The self check in and check out was very easy.

The hallways had a bit of a urine smell to it. The room gets a lot of noise off the street, so on a weekend with all the bars it is a bit noisy.

surprisingly quite given the busy Oxford St location. The bathrooms had been renovated in the last few years which freshen the place up a bit. Having fresh air from opening windows was great. Staff stayed back nearly an hour after check in cutoff to accommodate my 1 hr late flight which was very kind

add a towel and/or clothes hook/rack in the small bathroom. Street Parking around the hotel is very limited so something to consider if you have a car
