Friendly staff, easy parking, good location near Belmont Shops. General presentation of the rooms a bit dated but pleasant. Spacious.
The bathroom light switch turned on a fluorescent light (which took 3 seconds to light up) and a very noisy fan, which made going to the bathroom in the middle of the night an unpleasantly dramatic experience.
My wife's side of the bed sagged at the edge.

We were all tired from our holiday and the Motel was easy to find, gave us a very friendly welcome and a very relaxing checking in experience, the room was sparkling clean and spacious, the water hot or cold as it should be, car parking was at the door, with no stairs from car to door. Plenty of room in the car park to manouver to car and reverses park it at the door and then straight out to the road as we left.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom upstairs apartment, which was very roomy with good sized separate bedrooms, and separate bathroom and small kitchen. Split system kept whole apartment warm during cold weather and everything was clean.
Location was perfect for us, near where we needed to be, short walk to Kmart and Belmont shopping strip.
The fan in the bathroom was a bit noisy and should probably be replaced. Otherwise everything was great!

When I arrived the staff had the heater on the room was warm and cozy. A better fitout and furnished than expected. Clean and comfortable. Ease of parking, a nice big bathroom even a microwave if required. Large screen TV with easy to use remote. Quiet too even on a busy Saturday night with all rooms occupied. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. So close to places in Belmont. Highly recommended.

Greeted by Lenny the Labrador! Lovely cheerful owner / receptionist, room more than l expected. Location half way between my parents fand Sister, Brother-in-law and family. I will be back. GO CATS!!!!!

We only had an overnight stay as we were relocating and arrived late and left early - but when picking up the key the staff membner on duty was very friendly.
