Cleanliness was excellent, staff friendly, facilities in the park were good, cabin was very comfortable for a family of 4

The double beds on the bottom bunks were extremely uncomfortable needs a better quality mattress.

Lovely atmosphere. Good location. Good mix of caravan sites and cabins

Perhaps a little bit light on as far as kitchen utensils. Saucepans etc.

Great location, plenty to keep the kids entertained, our cabin was great value for money and the staff were friendly

exceptional cleanliness of cabin, great family environment, lots of on-site activities for kids. Only a 5 min drive to the foreshore and a 5 min walk to supermarket.

The room was very clean and everything was easily accessible

I had no problems with the park and I hope to stay again in the future

The variety of entertainment for the kids

Didn’t like having to come in and set up the beds on arrival. I just feel when you’re staying away from home and you’re travelling to get to a destination that’s not something extra on top that you want to have to deal with. We were pretty tired after sitting in roadworks and the travel taking longer than intended, just wasn’t something I had the energy for by the time we arrived and you want to be able to just go and rest.

Heated pool was an absolute hit.

We knew we were going to arrive late on the Friday evening. We were given instructions to ring the night before which my husband did. He rang a half an hour prior to closing and was met with a very rude grumpy male, saying the reception is closed call tomorrow. When my husband explained we had been told to ring the night before his attitude changed a little but didn't paint a good picture of what we could expect from our weekend stay.
