Everyting, The location was great, the size of the room was enough for what we needed, the small kitchenete was also very useful and had basic utensiles. Everything was exceptionally clean and the host was really helpful with everything we needed.

There isn't much to say on the negative side really. For us it was perfect.

Wonderful place. Close to the sea and all the facilities of Agia Marina, great rooms comparing to those of the same value, the pool saved half of our vacation, the pool was always clean, rooms were cleaned every day. Host and hostess are super friendly. Also we had wonderful neighbors 🤠

The shower place was a little too small

We appreciated the kind attentions from the host, the peace and quiet environment. Very well maintained room, pretty garden and pleasant swimming pool. There is a small kitchen and a coffee machine, but you need to buy the coffee. The house is close to all shops and restaurants, and the bus stop is on the corner of the street.

The AC and the fridge in the room are a bit noisy.

It’s on a side street so quiet and great WiFi and just across the road from the beach. Lovely staff and very relaxed. Good air conditioning and very clean and friendly.

Everything is ok. Close to the beach,markets and restaurants. Nice room. Very friendly owners. We will be back again.

We had a perfect stay. Nicolas' hospitality was exceptional- he was always there when we needed something, offered us a welcome drink and home-made pie. The room was cleaned everyday and we always had fresh towels waiting for us in the afternoon. Our studio was nicely furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfasts. We really enjoyed spending time at the pool surrounded by a beautiful garden. The wifi worked very well and we really appreciate the possibility of parking the car safely in the driveway. The hotel is situated in a quiet area but very close to the beach and the bus stop (abt 1 minute on foot).

It was wonderful staying at Nicolas Studios & Apartments. The hosts are very nice and helpful people. Very well-kept facility and swimming pool, room was cleaned every day. Towels and sheets were daily changed. Room equipment as described on booking.com. Beautiful garden and nice patio. The bus stop, the beach, shops and tavernas nearby (50-150m), but apartments are not on the main street, so it was quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Actually, we didn't have a time to use the pool, but it was clean for sure! In the evening it was highlighted in color- it looked lovely! We have visited a lot of wonderful places, like Chania, Stavros, Rhetimno, Samaria George, Balos, Falasarna, Elafonisi, Preveli, Kournas Lake, Seitan Limania Beach - mainly by bus! It is a really good base to sightseeing Chania's prefecture.
