The restaurant & reception stuff were absolutely amazing, great big swimming pool, perfect location

The breakfast was plain and minimal. We were not allowed to check out late even though there was availability

Our stay was great! The staff was wonderful, everybody was so helpful and friendly! Everything was very clean, the pool area was beautiful and there is a little playground for kids which was great! We booked half board (breakfast and dinner buffet), the food was delicious. On our last day we had to leave before breakfast time and the staff even prepared breakfast-boxes for us and for my baby. Thank you so much :) :)

The only downside was that the eggs used in the restaurant are from caged hens - it would be great if this one thing would be changed.

The rooms were very clean, big with nice views. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful, all of them respect you and salute you every time. They keep our luggage for some time until we could go to rooms. The pool was awesome, it should be highlighted more in the photos.

Good location, situated in the Center of Agia Marina. Staff was very attentive, rooms were clean. Free private parking.

Breakfast had the same items every single day. Poor quality of ingredients. Pool had few sun beds available. Bad smell coming from the bathroom drain.

Everything was perfect, the staff was nice, kind, friendly. The food was enough and a selection of everything (cooked and fresh), morning and evening. I and my son really enjoyed staying at the hotel, clean and quiet,pool was nice and clean water,not crowded, very close to the beach. Thank you for everything. Hope to return soon again.

1. Hotel has the pool and the rules underline that the customers cannot leave their towels on the sunbeds as the reservation act. However people leave their sunbeds for a long time and leave the towels for “reservation” and the problem is that not all customers can enjoy the sunbeds even they are free at the moment. Hotel is aware of this problem, however it sees it through the fingers, sometimes they make solutions to solve the problem, sometimes dont. 2. The breakfast is good but monotonic. Hotel as the majority of the hotels use swedish table concept. However the food served is all the same through the days with minor changes. Its tasty and good, but for a long time stay, its a short of variety.

The reception staff were very polite, welcoming and professional. The pool was superb and very clean. The breakfast was varied with a good selection.

The bar staff were not as professional as the reception staff in my opinion. As usual with holidays it's so annoying that people put their towels on a sunbed and expect to stay there the complete day.
