The location was ex as we had appointment at Semaphore dental.
Beach added bonus
Minor issue but think it would be good to show how and where to exit the park. Eg. Painted Exit and arrow on the road showing the direction to exit.

The linen looked clean but had lots of hair and dust from previous guests

The view was reasonable. Staff were friendly. Kids entertainment was good.
DVD player listed wasn't there. 2 sofas listed was only 1 and armchair. Bed was uncomfortable. Pics were different to listing. Overall was ok
could be better for deluxe room.

The place is very comfortable and it’s location is very convenient. The environment is beautiful. The house has great privacy.
The sink of the bathroom is partially blocked.
The wifi is not stable.

The cabin was not clean,
Old cooking tray with oil left in oven, the cabin smelt gross. dirty cup under bed, hair on the bed and surfaces were not wiped down.

our economy cabin was just perfect, beautifully cleaned, bed comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need for a long stay, only 5 minutes to beach from park, we loved it
kids playing football after dark, our cabin was hit and earlier in the day I noticed a few cars just got missed by the football

The room was good and clean. Gardener does their job well.
Lack of facilities for our kids, the playground was too basic, the jumping pillow too small aswell considering we have 6 kids its wasnt 'fun' fron 4 of them and they were bored. The pools were both cold.

Our cabin was lovely and clean, kept nice and cool with the aircon. Great spot, close to the beach. We had multiple cabins for our family so being a smaller park meant we could all be within walking distance.
Probably a bit expensive for what it was, however understand it was the time of year for higher costs.

Reception and maintenace staff Top Star, easy to deal with and helpful (Best of the stay)
Toilet bad smell and dirty, as well as the living area floor, leaving you with dirty (black) feet, if you decide to barefoot.
Airconditioner (wall mounted) not strong enough to serve the bedrooms.
