I didnt have breakfast (dined out on all days). Friendly staff, secure car parking was appreciated. Location was quite good, a few minutes to centre by taxi.
Internet signal in my room (2nd floor) was poor

Kitschy design of the building;
Red water running from tap;
Some fraudulent schemes- Receptionist told me that if I pay by cash for 2nd and 3rd nights then no charges would be included ( in Russian ‘сбор’);
With only several guests in the restaurant, I had been waiting 45 minutes for a Caesar salad and eventually had to go to a meeting hungry. :)

Comfortable. Good wifi .aircon and very clean .girls at reception very helpfull .After 5 years coming this city finally a place I will return..and 10 minutes walk to stadium metalist

One of those very rare cases when pretty much everything you can see in the hotel and room descriptions is present and works as supposed. It does not mean everything is luxurious, it means you can rely on the description and book correspondingly. I have rated Staff, Cleanliness, Comfort, and Value as excellent and they are. Location is not excellent if excellency means downtown. The hotel is a bit off. On the other hand, downtown hotels are much more expensive, and "AN-2" is mid-range.
The only issue I had was Internet access. It is fast enough (see the screenshot attached), but its jitter was too high, so voice communications were not always clear, OK for family chats but not for business needs.

Old soviet building and facilities, but renovated with a heart.
Russian billiard in a hall is amazing option to chill after a long day.
Breakfast is so-so, coffee is terrible.

comfortable and silent, nice quality and Symbol of hotel is a legend aircraft AN-2, which i have so many flights when i was young, very nice nostalgia
