Beware, some of the rooms are under ground, so no windows.

No window in the room, and for me this is a really big problem. No hot water in the bathroom, but it can happen. In any case I have found a solution but only because I have slept there only one night. Honestly the room was really warm, and having a coversheet on the bef was not strictly necessary. But if you decide to put it on, it would be good that it was clean. Good price, but not suggested if you must sleep here more then 1 night. The possibilities for improvement are there. The only unsolvable detail, for me, is the lack of a window. For everything else good potential, with a minimum of more attention.

They took additional city taxes. In booking reservation i can not see this additional fee. I also showed it to hotel responsible but they refused and i had to paid. Future guests should be careful about this extra payment issue.

I liked the instalations and the room was extremely spacious and comfortable.

Hard to get in after 12 in the night, since they close the doors and don't give guests a self get-in option.

Personal, especially Dimitri he is a helpful person. And the hotel is near by a must to visit park l.

Room was underground, but it was good ventilated so no worries. You get Services for your money.

Enormous accommodation. Two double bedrooms, kitchen/diner and the shower-room on a lower floor. All newish and very tastefully styled and decorated. This is room 2. Small deep-set windows to the bedrooms so lights mostly needed. Good heating and very quiet. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay, in the middle of Kharkiv. Room was as described, even got a free glass of red wine 😊

Nothing I didn't like

A cosy hotel in the city centre. When we arrived, it turned out that our room is not available (due to a mistake with double booking), but we were offered a higher class room with no extra charge for the first night and were moved to our room the next day. Stuff is friendly and helpful. I loved the interior of the rooms and the hotel itself: the furniture is new and modern. There is a complimentary glass of wine for each guest. Both our rooms had a kitchenette with a fridge and an electric kettle. Tea bags and filtered water are free and there is also an instant porridge available for 18uah which saved us in the morning when we had to check out very early.

There is no elevator and a lot of staircases, which might be a problem, if you have huge suitcases like we did

Location is really great

It’s not clean. At all. There were empty (used) shampoo sticks in the bedroom. Sticky table surface. Exhausted towels… etc And smelling from the WC. It’s terrible.
