The view from the balcony is gorgeous! The apt is big and comfortable. The host is a great lady who was trying to make our stay great. At 38 degree she come to show us the location because we were a little bit lost with our off line maps.

The apartments is very clean and have everything you need. Wi-fi is good in every room! The view from the terrace is extraordinary. It was Easter and the hostess brought us eggs and cakes. In particular, I would point out the kindness and warmth of the owner of the hotel! They were always there with smile! Absolutly children frendly apartment! Highly recommended!

She is super attentive and servicial. We couldn't ask for a better host. The apartment is the cleanest we found in Montenegro. Cozy, warm in winter, and with everything we needed. I would repeat it for sure!

Tv doesn’t work, the road to the house is in a terrible state. The apartment could be cleaner. The fan in the bathroom sounds so loud that it wakes up the whole building.

The Host is extremely welcoming, told us about the place and served us coffee. The accommodation is exceptionally positioned and the conditions are very good. also has shops and restaurants nearby.

I believe apartment located on the best part of Boko Kotor bay. Quit place, no rush there. Beach - 200m Supermarket - 200m Kotor Old Town - 6 km a lot restaurants with sea view along next 1 km ..... 4 km from apartment. Free parking We had huge apartment with 2 bedrooms and terrace with beautiful view. All you need for the rest inside the apartment.

Air condition is only in living room. Matters in hot summer period as open windows mean mosquitoes in bedroom :) As other was perfect.

This is beautiful apartment with spectacular view at the sea and balcony that you will love. Apartment is very comfort, there is two big rooms and kitchen that contains everything necessary for cooking. Milena is great host and apartment is sparkling clean, during our stay, it was cleaned every second day. Also, towels and sheets were changed regularly. Just 200 m away, there is one of the most beautiful beach at Boka Kotorska, Markov Rt. Kotor is also near, we made a few trips, there is a regular bus line, every our, and it costs 1 Euro. There is a store with groceries near apartment, there you can find everything you need during stay.

We came by plane in Tivat, and take a taxi at the airport. That was mistake, because we payed 30 euros drive to Stoliv, and regular price is 20 euros. Call the host and ask her in advance to provide you a taxi to wait for you at the airport.

Apartment is really perfect , great location , very clean , included everything ( iron , machine for clean clothes ), owner Milena is very nice and helpful, of course recommend !

Excellent!!! I liked this property so much. The host is very friendly and helpful woman. We had so beautiful view from the balcony as at the photos on booking. It takes me three minutes to get to the beach. The beach more comfortable than similar others at this part of the bay of Kotor, especially near private beach of the nearest hotel. Store is on the path to the beach. Prises are acceptable. Kitchen has all facilities. Towels were changed each day.

We had two rooms in the apartment but the air-condition was only at the one of them.

Ana, the host, is off the charts! She is an excellent host, taking care of your needs but not intrusive. Ana is kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and speaks good English. She has the best recommendations to visit, experience and enjoy Kotor old town. The accommodations were better than the photos in the site. The balcony has an unobstructed and spectacular view of the bay. There is everything you need in the apartment, and if you do not find it, Ana will help.

- It's quite hard to find this location but locals told us where to go - The Wi-Fi was quite poor. The router was outside the apartment
