Just a small problem finding the property

So big! and so cheap! Very much exceeded my expectations at the price point.

Seems that I had messed up with the room we would be provided with cuz there are many photos and which room exactly is yours...So our apartment was cosy but it looked different from what I expected nevertheless it was ok

The owners didn't mind me checking-in earlier than originally planned, in addition let me to keep my things till late in the evening on departure day! The location is more than perfect - far enough not to hear any noise from the main square and close enough to walk there.

We lived apartment ,13 in Ratusha Apartments. I reserved that have two king size beds in different rooms and also before i asked the owner that information is correct, right? She said "yes, of course" but there is a one king size bed and one sofa, unfortunately:(((( Be carefull what you booked apartment!!!

Great location and friendly host

Very characterful apartment overlooking Rynok Square. Perfect if you want to take in the buzz of the city & be in the centre of things. Host was very hospitable & helpful & spoke some English. Would recommend.

The location is just amazing, just go down the old squeaky stairs and you’ll get to the old town of Lviv, the apartment is cosy and quiet as windows of the flat don’t face the main square. You get everything you need there, the host is pleasant and willing to help

If you’re physically challenged it will be impossible to reach the apartment- there’s no elevator.

Great location - right on the market. Apartment clean and well equipped. The hosts were very nice. They offered us an extra bed for a small child themselves and were helpful in every matter we asked them. I highly recommend!

Location is the obvious pro - right on the Market Sq., overlooking the city hall. (Comes with the associated street noise till early hours, but that's not a drawback, it's a feature - you know what you're booking. Besides, it's a top floor, so the noise isn't actually all that bad.) Quite a spacious studio with a double bed and a sofa as advertised. Nice internal decor. Clean.

One very serious concern: advert says they're accepting card payments, which isn't the case (at least not in the usual meaning of accepting card payments). They didn't take a 1st night prepayment via booking.com as the booking confirmation said they would, and instead expected a full payment in cash upon arrival. Now, it's common for serviced apartment agencies in Ukraine to only accept cash, so I was ready, but an unaware traveller could find themselves having to run around looking for where to withdraw cash. Basically, it's a case of false advertisement - the hosts should just say they're only accepting cash. Another fairly major drawback was wi-fi - it was practically non-existent for the entire duration of my stay (with a few hours of poorly working internet here and there). The hosts should consider switching their internet provider since the current one is clearly unreliable. Would've rated them 8/10 if not for the above two issues. Insert the usual list of fixtures and fittings that need fixing here; mattress needs replacing.

Fantastic location in the heart of the old city. Apartment was very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was fully equiped. Hosts were very helpful in finding a transfer.

Although it was advertised that we could pay by credit card we had to pay cash.It was a little difficult to walk up to the 3rd floor using the stairs., thankfully the host helped us to take up a piece of heavy luggage
