clean, modern, well run, smart good sized rooms, friendly staff. felt slick and professional and a good place to stay after a long flight from London.

Our stay had to be extended and it was greatly accommodated by the booking personnel and no moving around of rooms were required.
We were under the impression that the airport transfer was included in the payment made to the hotel. No effort was made to check and confirm this on the hotel's system, we just had to pay.

Gorgeous and elegant hotel with a range of amenities a lovely pool, gym, restaurant, bar, gym.
Also great and helpful staff. Close to the airport if travelling. A range of choice for breakfast from 6am. FAB!!!
That I could only stay for 1 night as i was travellingthe next day.
A bit more privacy for the toilet in the room.

The receptionist was not particularly interested or welcoming.
The security person at the gate was outright rude and gave unintelligent instructions when we came to the hotel entrance at walking because the main road was closed due to road repair work.

It has a good and friendly staff. Very good room, service is very good. Good breakfast and very large space for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Entrance of the hotel was at high and due to security checks car should stop at a high place which was not comfortable.

Location - ideal and easy to get to and from the airport, as well as the presence of the mall next door and not far away from yet another mall for any shopping needs
Found the dinner buffet variety to be a bit sparse for the price but food was good

Excellent breakfast buffet (and dinner, if included in package), extremely friendly and helpful staff, beautiful pool and lobby area, very nice rooms, close to Nairobi National Park and airport, competitive exchange rate at front desk.
