Kepinsky is always a good place to stay. The staff are so friendly and try to make your stay as perfect as they can possibly do. The food is good. And the location is good for the CBD.

Check in was not done as well as it usually is. The check in person did not give full information and was very quick, even though there was no one waiting, they should spend more time ensuring we have all the information we need. The room was very cold. The road noise is becoming an issue with this lovely hotel.

We used the Kempinski for a quick stop over before we flew to the Masai Mara for our safari. The staff were super friendly and organised all our taxis for us. We arrived late but ordered room service which was very quick and tasted great.

Poor street access for pedestrians. Faulty air conditioning in room 535. Reported and attended to within the hour. Large volume of condensate drained from the system by the maintenance technician. System worked for a few hours before the same fault returned. Being told that I would enjoy a 25% discount by the check in clerk and then discovering at Lucca restaurant that discount didn’t apply to that restaurant. Restaurant waitress decided to charge to my room in order to apply a guest discount. Restaurant called my room and said ‘we cannot charge your room as you don’t have any credit left’ ‘Can I bring my machine to your room so that you can pay for your meal?’ I’ll stick to Double Tree and Marriott in future. This never happened when we stayed with them in more than 30 countries.

Elegant yet functional with a great staff and facilities and you don’t get safer than this place when in Africa.

Receptionists were very friendly and supportive. The interior and furniture were so fine.

The card key didn't work when trying to enter the Gym. The location was a bit far from the central business districts and shopping districts, and it was hard to go out by foot due to the safety concern. I felt inconvenient.
