Absolutely incredible experience! Peaceful and stunning grounds that we didn't want to leave. Very thoughtful staff who helped with booking tours and reservations even before we arrived, and even remembered guest coffee orders at breakfast. We loved spending time at the bodega in the evenings for a glass of wine, and the traditional Argentine asado dinner was excellent. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
Everything was perfect :)

The hotel is stunning and peaceful, with big comfortable rooms and a lovely pool overlooking the vineyard. We loved the winery which gives you a free glass of wine each night and offers a range of tapas. We would recommend the cooking class and the asado which are available options - the food was incredible and we learnt a lot!
We had a couple of miscommunications with reception as to whether we were booking something or they were, but these were soon ironed out.

Evening tapas overlooking the vinyard was absolutely fabulous and the decor and style of the dining area was lovely. The staff were also very nice - intelligent, interested and interesting to talk to. The tapas dishes were very good with good vegetarian options.
Lovely seating area by the pool which was quiet and relaxing.
The Finca is lovely but I was disappointed with the location We thought from the photographs that the finca was going to be out of town and in a quiet location ,so we could go for long walks or cycle in the peaceful, countryside. The immediate gardens and vineyard at the hotel are really lovely and beautifully maintained, but you can walk all the way around them in 10 minutes . We did not want to go for a walk or cycle outside the hotel, because it is not out in the countryside. This is my fault for not researching the location properly, but I don't like traffic - it is on quite a busy road.
One other small thing there was no food available at all at lunch time - it would have been nice to have something to eat on the days when we choose to stay at the hotel - lunch involved a 10 minute walk along the road to a nearby restaurant ,which had good food, so it was sort of OK. But the walk on the busy road, in 39 degrees mid day heat, we did not enjoy.

The grounds were phenomenal and the room was huge with lots of windows and a great view. We had plenty of water in our room, robes and slippers. The staff was fantastic. The breakfast was good and included homemade yogurt. Happy hour was nice which included a glass of wine and an appetizer.

The employees and the facilities
We went after watching a YouTuber's experience and it turned out to be nothing as seen or as they had experienced. If you're from the United States, don't even bother staying here. It is way too expensive for what you get. Not even an available restaurant on site even when their menu states you can reserve an asado or a cooking class on site 24 hours in advance. Every time we tried, they said they'd let us know, but always had an excuse for it not to be available making us eat outside the property. In the United States, for the price you pay here for a night which offers nothing but nice premises, you might as well enjoy the vineyards in the USA and travel to the many mountain regions in our own country. Furthermore, the United States also offers you a great customer service experience with many options for the price of a single stay at the Finca Adalgisa. In my opinion, the owner of this property should look to the United States as an example to improve what she has to offer. I will NEVER stay here again. I feel as I was robbed as a tourist from the USA coming with our dollars. In the end, it seems that's all she wanted, since the exchange rate for the local currency allows her to continue to live as a queen in her own country. The wine wasn't even all that great and Napa Valley and Washington state make more delicious wines than those she makes in her own vineyard. In conclusion, all tourists coming from the USA beware of price gauging in Argentina.

The place is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. It's a perfect location for sightseeing and equally nice if you prefer to just relax on the property by the pool, vineyard or with a glass of win in the restaurant. Great all around!
I really don't have anything to complain about!

beautiful property with a very small vineyard. it is quiet and has a wonderful laid back atmosphere. The wine lounge is a gorgeous place to enjoy a complimentary glass of wine in the evening with delicious tapas. the breakfast is very nice as well with a selection of eggs cooked to order. beds are comfy and very good hairdryer!
we stayed in a basic room which was large, the bathroom could be cleaned more thoroughly (mold showing in the shower), limited storage space (small wardrobe). We felt it was slightly over priced (330$ per night) for the room itself.

the location and the setting are spectacular, and the service was fantastic!
nothing!

the property was amazing, so open and green. We were so happily surprised when we entered the premises and saw the vineyard inside and the buildings. The facilities are impressive as well, everything well kept and the little details such as water by the pool and how they prepare the rooms for sleep, make a massive difference.
the breakfast was also amazing

nothing, it was magical!

The staff, layout of the location and very disconnected vibe. The daily tapas are a plus.
The coordination between reception and restaurant is well below-par versus what they offer and the expected experience. We had reserved dinner with a day of anticipation (either barbeque or just a plate), as they requested, and when we tried to confirm before dinner time they just remarked "oh woops sorry we cannot, our apologies" - seems they had been booked for a cooking class and forgot, sort of a joke and really not ideal when travelling.

Literally everything. This hotel is maybe my favorite hotel I've ever stayed in. The grounds, vineyards, flowers, everything were so beautiful, we felt like we were in an oasis staying here. It also made the hotel feel extremely secluded and private even though it is just a short walk to town. I cannot put into words how beautiful and peaceful the Finca was. Also, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Also, the food was incredible. My husband and I did the cooking class our first night and it was one of the best meals of our entire trip to Argentina. Then the other nights we went to the restaurant for a free glass of wine from the Finca and bruschetta (they do this for all guests every night starting at 6pm), and ended up loving that so much we stayed the entire night for dinner 2 nights. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, I am already dying to come back and visit again. I will be telling all my friends to stay here when they visit Mendoza. Some of our favorite moments of our entire trip were our peaceful, quiet mornings just sitting outside and reading our books before our day started. Then returning to the hotel after wine adventures and just relaxing by the pool. 20/10 would recommend! Great location also to Chacras de Cuyo, with a few restaurants and markets. The hotel has bikes you can use for free to ride into town (about a 4 min ride).
Nothing!

Beautiful boutique hotel, we felt spoiled the entire time
Not as remote as we thought, but it ultimately didn’t matter at all.

Perfect place for a bit of R&R! Super comfy and huge beds, very nice rooms and shower, beautiful grounds! I found the staff extremely nice and helpful! The free glass of wine and bruschetta every evening was such a nice touch. Breakfast was exceptional too. I loved everything about this place, would come back in a heartbeat.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.
