The staff was absolutely AMAZING! so kind so attentive exceeded expectations beyond belief thank you to all the staff members. For example, the kitchen had closed but they still gave us dinner and dessert with all the attention and care in the world. The next day breakfast was wonderful and wonderfully explained by staff.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet town outside of Mendoza. The room and facilities exceeded our expectations. The staff were all very friendly and able to answer any questions we had. The breakfast was great, all local food which was really great. The wine in the room is also a nice touch. The shuttle was able to help us go to/from the airport. Highly recommend this boutique hotel!

Loved this place! Total gem in the middle of all the wineries, a hidden oasis tucked away but still right next to town. Easy to get to, friendly staff, delicious food, great rooms. Would come back again no question.
Temperature in the hot tub! Sometimes scalding, sometimes lukewarm, sometimes chilly. We would have loved to have more consistency so that we could use it more often.

This boutique hotel was absolutely lovely! It was, by far, the nicest place we stayed during our 2 1/2 weeks in Argentina. The decor was beautiful, staff friendly and attentive, and had a relaxed atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful in recommending and booking vineyard tours and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here!

We loved our experience at Lares de Chacras! The hotel is very charming and cozy, and the staff is wonderful. Even before our trip, the staff at reception helped plan our visit, including bookings at nearby wineries. They were extremely kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. We bought several bottles of wine from their wine cellar and enjoyed them sitting in front of their awesome fireplace. The hotel is less than five minutes walk to a neat little town center. We had two great dinners at Lares, and one great dinner at La Gloria (5 minutes walk). We will remember Lares de Chacras fondly!

The breakfast was wonderful. Loved the common spaces and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again. Was super helpful in getting a bike rental and offered helping with reservations.

The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere was perfect! The room was so cozy and well equipped and the breakfast and dinner were amazing! Do not hesitate to book here, it’s well worth it!

they washed my white stuff with my colours stuff apparently in one by laundry service. Now all the white stuff has a blue touch. 😡

Friendly and extremely helpful staff. They helped and provided guides for our wine tours. They also recommended several excellent local restaurants and other restaurants in the downtown. A quiet oasis within Mendoza . We will return .
