The location was good , and staff members were friendly and helpful.

The hotel rooms need to be maintained.the noise pollution , certain lights not working, switches loose, and amenities not topped up. Came back late at night, and there was no shampoo and shower gel. They forgot, although morning reminded.safe was taken and not replaced. It's written available when I booked the room.

The hotel is large and spacious. It has a feeling of the traditional hotels, with great furniture etc.

The hotel is in need of maintenance. There were insects in the bathroom, hooks and railings were broken, light control display did not work.

I didn’t get to see as a water pipe had blown and was unable to stay.

Nice property.

Receptionist Mr.Mustafa helped us to get a non-Smoking Room on time. All Staffs were polite and Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable.
