The location was great, out trip was to visit the US Consulate in Tijuana, and it's 5 minutes away in car from the hotel.

The hotel needs A LOT OF MANTAINANCE. The pictures in Booking doesn't make justice at all of the real rooms, are really old.

I chose the hotel for its proximity to the airport, and stayed for only one night. You'll have plenty of space in your room and it's quiet for a good night's sleep.

Didn't get to use the pool or little gym room. Though the hotel's pictures of the equipment in the gym are not accurate. They should update these pictures. The rooms are dated.

When getting the room there was a big stain on bed sheets

the bathroom was gross and full of mold and fungus all the walls pretty scary, I can let my daughters go to the bathroom by themselves because everything has mold it’s not the first time I think is a regular problem, last stay was the same

Liked the location close to everything.

It for sure took forever to check in we got at the hotel at 4 pm and didn’t get checked in till 5pm due to not having the room ready.

It was close to the airport.

People in general weren't friendly. Front staff really took advantage, knowing I wasn't from the area. Charged a different customer normal rates... booking.com and hotel doubled up. Due to the weather, normal plans were canceled. Stayed an extra night. Would never stay again nor visit. Whatever little interactions I had with few workers wasn't a good experience. I asked the cleaning staff for extra towels rudely responded no, to go ask front desk. (Seriously wasn't the fact she said no, I could handle that. But angry for no apparent reason.) I just said ok thank you and walked away. I'm not sure if she had a bad day. But no way to talk to people. The other thing I can't prove but they took a watch from my partner. We double checked the room for everything but it never turned up. We didn't complain because I know the BS they would have stated. I'm just warning whoever chooses to stay here. Beware of your items. And it's what I told my partner should have put it away but it's funny how we blame the victim instead of the actual staff. I told her I seen her wear it but not sure where she put it. We had to catch a flight so I just told her to triple check her travel case and bags when we get home. It never did.

People with the ice came through.

If you want to have a good time don't stay here. Or around the area.
