Centrally located, very clean and comfortable, great service

The entire property was very well maintained and clean with free parking. The owners were on site and phenomenal to deal with. They helped us with our bags, gave dining recommendations, and made sure that everything was perfect. Our apartment had two bedrooms, a kitchen, and common area and everything was clean, comfortable, and updated. The property was convenient to the majority of our activities in Dunedin and we would definitely stay here again!
We did not encounter any unexpected issues during our stay.

Great Location, easy to walk into town with a pram. Room was big and spacious enough for us all
We were very happy with everything. The view wasn't great - just a construction site but that isn't the hotels fault at all and when we were there there was no noise from the site.

The people were cheerful and extremely helpful. Barry carried our suitcases upstairs to our room. The room was spotless and well supplied with cutlery, crockery etc.

Excellent customer service, perfect location, extremely clean and friendly owners who work hard to keep the place on tip top condition
An extra layer of soft comforter on top of the bed would be great, at the moment a wee bit hard to sleep on for elderly (might be personal preference)

Great place to stay, very central to everything. Large room, very clean & comfortable with all you could need. Barry & Donna are so helpful, lovely people..gave us lots of information about places of interest. Two nights was not enough, stay for longer if you can

Hotel was a good location close the the the CBD and room was well set out and very comfortable. Reception was very friendly and informative about what to see and do. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything! The location was an easy walk to the Quadrant. The owners Barry and Donna are beautiful people. They were knowledgeable about the area and also suggested places to visit. The rooms were spotless with everything you need for a visit.
