I stay here often and always come back because the breakfast is perfect every time. The staff are very friendly even the grounds men and cleaning staff. If you can get a superior king room

Location is good, we were able to walk in to the main street at Tamworth for dinner. Staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean.

Pool is in the middle of the car park and there is no minibar.

Considering everything overall this is a nice place to stay. Although not the cheapest you do get what you pay for.

My one biggest annoyance was that both keycards for my room (119) did NOT WORK at one point. Staff stated that this may have been due to the mechanism on the door overheating as it was in full sun. So with takeout dinner getting cold and drinks getting warm I had to place a bag of ice on the door to cool it down (!?!?!?). After some time this worked as did the card and we gained entry. This was certainly NOT what I was expecting to have to do!!! One of the staff suggested the "ice trick" so this is a known problem that SHOULD BE FIXED!

The bed was quite comfortable and the breakfast was good

The bathroom was very old and outdated when you are paying $450/night. I realise the price was inflated because of the country music festival but the rate was definitely too high and I felt that I was taken advantage of.

the only down fall was having cleaners knock on our door at 9:45am on check out day we were checking out at 10am and were just finishing off getting ready etc this was a little disappointing as we told them we’d be out of the room in 10 mins to which they knocked again and we had to open the door to advise them again that we would be out shortly

The room wasn't value for money at $440/per night even during the country music festival. The fridge is very small and it's not cold. The breakfast buffet didn't offer much choice, but the price was $29.5/per person. The water leaked out of the shower into the room.

The location was good as was having a pool and a laundry available . The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The fridge in our room was very small and the temperature was unable to be controlled. So our drinks were not very cold. There were no wine glasses in the room. The fan in the bathroom came on when the light was turned on but didn’t go off when the light was turned off and continued in fur another 5-10 minutes. It was so loud we had to shut the bathroom door to block out the noise.
