The room was very reasonably priced. Beds were comforatble enough. Kitchen had microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee, tea and milk which was great. Television was good, smart tv with all the smart tv features. Aircon worked well for the bigger room size.

No hot water. Planned an early departure, tried to have a shower and no hot water. Obviously first thing in the morning there's no one about, so no one to look at or try and resolve our cold water issue. We all have a freezing cold shower at 6am in the middle of May :( Cars parking through the night are sure to wake you as their headlights will light up the entire room even with the curtains fully closed.

Rooms were dirty not cleaned properly. The rooms advertised were not what we received on arrival.

The toilet in the room consistently sounded like the water was running I had to close the door so I couldn't hear it.

It was cheap, we had an economy double room for $87/night. The motel is walking distance to a small shopping centre. We were just transiting through Tamworth so this suited us.

The room was cramped and dark. The air conditioner was functional but noisy. The room smelled of cigarette smoke.

Overall, fine. I just found the bed really uncomfortable. Equivalent to sleeping on the floor. If the bed was comfier, i would have given a higher rating.
