Excellent customer service, very nice clean rooms, and central to everything will be definitely coming back again.

Convenient location with complimentary access to nearby pool - a nice addition. Friendly staff and an excellent restaurant.

Rooms were a little smaller than expected, and the bar doesn’t open until 6 pm…

Good location with clean rooms

The rooms have very poor sound proofing. Very noisy guests in other rooms late at night and into the early hours kept me awake most of the night.

I would like to point out that the young lady at reception was an absolute delight. She made my stay enjoyable. Not only on check in but as I went for dinner and returned, she was comforting and checked in as it was raining. A true customer service we are losing in this generation.

I travel 5-6 days a week and don't often encounter that level of customer service. I had to provide feedback. And I don't do often

close to everything, clean etc.

restaurant was not open for dinner and breakfast started at 9:00, check out is 10:00am.

The room was way more spacious than I thought it would be. It was renovated and looked very nice, plus the TV in my room did have Netflix even though the description stated otherwise.

Bed was a bit hard and couldn't get the aircon to swing the right way.

Location. And quite and dark room. Best sleep I've had in a long time
