Felt quite dated and a bit tired Street noise Lighting options were limited in the living area - dark in the morning as there was only one overhead light.

Can't fault this place, everything was perfect. Staff, place, location, and cleanliness. They also had all those little extras that made you feel comfortable such as complimentary breakfast, extra pillows, makeup wipes and fluffy towels. We will definitely stay again.

Cleanliness could have been better in that the carpet wasn't great. Bathroom was clean Shampoo and conditioner weren't replaced for the second day and neither was the breakfast kit which we thought was odd. Tea bags weren't topped up either

The location was great, and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

We were disappointed in the condition of the apartment, particularly the carpet.

I was expecting an old worldy place and the motel was terrific. My room was really big, the bathroom recently refitted and beautifully clean. Whilst I was in Wagga we had an absolutely freezing snap and the heating in the room was perfect. Bedding, work table and chairs, TV, fridge etc were all as good as brand new. The lady who greeted me at reception was lovely and it really did feel like country hospitality. The town centre is only 5 minutes walk and there were plenty of eateries even though it was a Tuesday night. I have never been to Wagga and I was really impressed wit h what a lovely clean and orderly regional city it is. There are also parks nearby and riverside walks. All terrific.

There were some very noisy guests early in the carpark on the second morning but that is nothing that the motel can control. It was a very lovely place and location.

When I arrived at 12.00 there was nobody at reception and I had to leave a message. When the person got back she said she would send a code to get in. This did not happen. We then needed to go to reception around 18.00 to gain access.

Wonderful location. Room was clean and tidy. Nothing was too much for the staff.
