Location is perfect with shopping area and public transport (bus, MRT, etc.) right outside the door. If you’re interested in visiting the DMZ then the Myeongdong station is one of the guided tour departure points which is very close to the hotel (50m). Very clean and personnel was very professional and accommodating.

Despite being advertised having rooms with a view of the Seoul Tower, the iconic tower is hardly visible hidden behind high rise buildings. Secondly you can clearly hear the sounds of the busy shopping streets which can be an issue for early and light sleepers.

Aircon not working well and was installed on the ceiling above one bed. Toilet flush not working well. Only provided 1 pillow per bed, had to request for another one.

The location is excellent. Easy access to many places that we want to visit especially the very happening myeongdong street :) the front desk staffs were all very warm & nice , love their services 👍🏻

The room for what we paid was great, location great and staff excellent.

We had a hard time getting in and out of the bathtub. Two of us were given the smaller twin room, while the other travel partner was given the slightly bigger room. It didn't make sense but we managed.

The location was perfect. Right in the vicinity of the Myeongdong Night Market so getting food was never an issue. Take-away from the food stalls and easily get back to hotel to enjoy our food in comfort. Or the abundance of restaurants in the area though choices for Muslim-friendly ones are still pretty limited. Cafes just within walking distance away for that morning cup of coffee or late night caffeine binges. Hotel staff were very friendly and fluent in English. Hotel room feels a little small but still okay. Overall, we had great stay.

Very little to dislike except probably the room size. Felt like a squeeze for two adults and a child.

I expected the rooms to be little bit bigger Also they didnt offer stuff for babies, for example cleaning machine for baby bottles and utensils, baby bathtub and other related stuff, they just offered baby cribs

excellent central location. rooms are very clean and beddings are comfortable. wish the bathroom was more private (not frosted glass) and the bathtub was lower, but otherwise it was perfect for our needs. great value and service!

Fantastic location if you are interested in shopping, cafes, restaurants, and walking distance to subway stations. Very clean and comfortable and staff are very friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Idealne miejsce wypadowe. Blisko stacji metra. Pokój bardzo dobrze wyposażony, codziennie sprzątany, ciepło i cicho. Fajne pomieszczenie z mikrofalówką i ekspresem do kawy. Mój drugi pobyt w hotelu tej sieci. POLECAM!

I like how accessible the hotel is and it's surrounded by different restaurants (especially Myeongdong Koyza), apparel stores and night market. The room is fairly clean. Even though it's a single bedroom but comfortable enough.

On separate days, the foyer light (inside the room) flickered and auto-turned on twice when I was on the bed which is nowhere near where the light is. The hairdryer spoilt as well. Felt a little creeped out by how the bed faces the door directly but it might be due to the single-bedroom layout. It's a little squeezy, not gonna lie. The hotel should do better on the door locks too. Yes, even though using a keycard to access the room but to lock the door, it's just simply turning the lock "upwards" which I feel is not safe enough. Should install a latch lock or another type of lock for extra safety.

Great location. You can easily arrive by train. If you arrive to Incheon airport use the automatic ticket machine. Select English and then the station that you want to arrive at . Insert the required money and it will issue you with a ticket. Take the train to Seoul station and then change here to line 4. Myeong dong station is the second stop. Exit the station at exit 8 and you are about 50 yards from the hotel. The hotel is surrounded with coffee shops, restaurants, etc and there is also a night market right on your doorstep. Near exit 8 of the station is also a good place to get a taxi. Taxis here are very good value and can help you see more of the city

地點非常好！！ 從地鐵明洞站8號出口出來走幾步路就到了，離機場巴士6001明洞站也非常近～ 鬧中取靜，晚上也不會聽到樓下小賣店的嘈雜聲 (雖然有點能聽到隔壁房的聲音就是了XD

Location was perfect. Close to Train station. Across the street from Daiso. 1 minute walk to Myeongdong Street Market and Restaurants. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Room had amenities that were helpful. Staff spoke English.

I travelled when it was 1 degree. The weather was the only problem, but it helped that Starbucks and Coffee, Tea and Leaf were right outside and there was heating in the rooms.

朝、隣の部屋の宿泊客の大声で目覚めた。 洗面所がもう少し綺麗だと嬉しい。

やはり立地条件が良く、買い物や移動にとても便利でした。宿泊階のロビーに、水のサーバーが置かれていて助かりました。また、上階にコーヒーラウンジがあり、空間は狭いですが、ちょっとした息抜きになりました。全体的に清潔感がありよかったです。

2人で宿泊したのですが、テーブルは広いのにイスが1つで不便でした。簡単な椅子でいいので、宿泊の人数分欲しかったです。シャワーのホースが蛇腹になっているのですが、その隙間溜まっている黒いアカがポロポロ落ちてきて困った。

Good location in Myeongdong. Hot water and shower pressure was great. Quiet hotel.

The room was too compact for my liking, with little room for 3 people & their luggage. Beds were quite firm. Getting in and out of the hip bath shower is a major slipping risk!
