the room was nice, clean and the view was lovely.

the breakfast could have been better, an omelette bar, more western food like French toast, the pancakes were tasteless. the pool area was small, and not enough loungers, also the noise from the traffic was annoying. there was no chair or table on the balcony so it was hard to enjoy the view.

The location was perfect. Room was comfortable with great view of the sea. Breakfast was good with a mixture of western and Chinese food. Staff like Collin, Jack and John who could speak English were very helpful.

It would be great if more staff at reception could speak English.

Hotel is nice, clean, suitable for families. Good choice of restaurants and other vanues in the hotel.

There was no ventialtion in the bathroom, so it took a long time for our bathing suits to dry.

The only thing that we liked was the view.

The hotel is not well maintained. We had to move rooms after the first night because the room had mold and there was a pungent smell. The furniture in both rooms were old and worn out. The bedding was old and stained. It was just not a good feeling to be in the room.

Not enough outlets (the only one was not working properly). Beddings not changed frequently!

Second time we’ve returned to the property, with the fear that it wouldn’t be as good as the first. The reception staff, the food, the pool and gym was all amazing.

The sky bar is terrible. The staff are slow, rude and it feels like they don’t like foreigners. They always run out of spirits and cocktails. Only beers available ans our first round of cocktails came as mock-tails. There was a mould issue in our first room but they moved us super quickly. I didn’t like the amount of the bond on top of the room charge. It didn’t quite make sense, but is the way China seems to make their bookings

Location is perfect with minute’s walk to the beach. Equipments are not perfect but already good enough.

Efficient check-in&out is in need.

The hotel was very good for relaxing and god for feeling fine. It has the perfect style and all the staff member were friendly all the time. The beach is great and I was able to swim every morning. Also the pool is marvelous. The breakfast was great and offered Asian and western food. Croissant, Cheese, salad, Eggs, Joghurt with fruits, cakes, fruits, everything was available. The hotel is very clean and has on the 29 floor a bar wich also offers vegetarian food like pizza and a perfect view over the sea. I had the pleasure to have my birthday during my stay and the hotel gave me as present a nice cake.
