The junkies that were yelling outside our window through the night, then knocking on our bathroom window in the morning looking for someone.. did not feel safe at this place at all

The windows was open prior to arriving, so the room smelt like smoking due to Care Taker sitting out front of the next room. Sheets felt dirty. Care Taker was load and screaming/ arguing until after 2.30am

Reception was closed when got there around 5pm. Didn’t answer doorbell so rang girl then came to door opened it slightly and passed key to me with your in room 5. Lamps didn’t work, no bath mat , exhaust in bathroom was extremely loud.

No receptionist on site on arrival. No instructions on how to contact reception. No complimentary water or milk. Basic tea and coffee No hair dryer or no iron/ironing board over priced under serviced compared to competitors

Did not enjoy it we did not stay the night tried to ring the manager no answer was not a safe environment to stay in, Looked like 6 homeless people walking around at night in the dark in the car park on mobile phones without any shoes on No Cars in the car park yet people working around the Car Park at night Were they quests? We were scared for our lives We did not want to leave our car in the car park WOULD IT HAVE BEEN THERE IN THE MORNING the rooms were not clean The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling and did not work Globes where missing in the lights in the Room half the lights did not work The Fridge was Rusty inside and out and did not work Told by neighbours that the Police are called to this property quiet Often

Location was good. Bed was comfy. Staff were friendly. Upgraded room was nice.

There was fresh blood around the place - a bloody hand print (that browned over 36 hours) on the bathroom door, blood spattered on the carpet, bedspread and couch. Someone tried to enter the room with a key at 1:20am on the second of the 3 nights I had booked (didn't stay the third night and I'm glad I had the chain on). The place seems to also have long term accommodation which appears to have some addicts living there.

There is a lack of signage on the building to even tell you it is a motel or the name. The access to parking has a low car port with out hight information displayed. The room was not ready even though we arived well after our check in time. The room stunk of heavy smoking to the point it make you feel sick. Fridge vibrated and made noise all night. The aircon intermittently worked when we finally got it to turn on. A nice list of included items that where no where to be found. Not like the pictures.

State of room and no staff available/ Left and stayed at anorher motel. Would not recommend ro anyone.
