The mattress was awful. My back was so sore. Sleeping on the floor was more comfortable than the bed.

booked for 3 persons, needed more than 1 each of cutlery and plate. Also no fly screens on windows to allow fresh air. no instructions to access tv add-ons like Netflix etc.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Parking was good and close to room. Quiet area to stay. The female receptionist was very friendly and happy.

Tv reception was poor. Towels were thin. No iron or ironing board which we needed. No information book available about facilities available or services available in the town.

Good value for money. Owners were accommodating thank you!

There was a massive hunchback spider sitting on the bathroom door edge . I needed to change rooms but there was no one to assist at the time (8.30pm) . There should be a quick inspection next time prior to check-in . Thought there might be cookies or treats, small containers of milk like other motels but none No napkins compared to other motels

The lady there was super lovely and really accommodating.. the bed was comfy the pillows were a variety of sizes it was perfect for us .. we were waiting for someone to get their leg fixed and this hotel helped relieve the worry..

Nothing I didn't like. It wasn't the newest place but it was awesome.. and so clean.. best water pressure too. My hair loved it.

no milk in the room for coffee or tea

Was a cold day in any case, turned on air cond to warm the room. Did not do the job, difficult to adjust and control the remote. Abuot an hour later the power went out (though this is not the motels fault beyond their control), but still not a pleasant experience. Stayed in the room awaiting another promised room dressed in winter coats simply to stay warm.

Room was very very old, needing internal repairs. Deodorising was used in the room, but that just made the "smell" worse. Beds were comfortable however. Shower room was disappointing. Smelt. Tin was used around the shower possibly as a decoration, but it wasnt pleasant. Dark and dingy. Found a couple of ants in the bed.

That I had to clean the air con filters as they were so dirty hardly any air was coming though, they were so filthy. The blankets on the beds smelt horrible and were not clean, stains on curtains, flake flower arrangement covered in dust and lastly baby cockroaches around kitchen area and in cupboard.. I know this was budget accommodation but for $120 a night I still expected cleanliness. The rooms are in desperate need of a makeover and updated bathrooms. Also because of the area the motel is in it seems to be a favourite of the local hoons doing burnouts and screeching through the night. We stayed 2 nights but I wanted to leave after one. I’m sorry this is a bad review as the lady owner seems really nice but this place definitely needs work or lower the price of the rooms. I know we will not be staying here again.
