Avevo richiesto la possibilità di spostare di due giorni il mio soggiorno…..nessuno mi ha risposto alla mia e mail , malgrado nel sito si garantiva la risposta entro le 48 ore. Mi hanno chiamato a tarda sera del o1 settembre , parlando solo in tedesco , ho rappresentato la mia richiesta , ma bruscamente hanno “detto. non è possibile ed hanno riagganciato .

walking distance to the key sights and beautiful park. accommodation is simple but clean and suitable for a family for a weekend. breakfast had enough variety and even gluten free bread!

only that the truth we had a *parking area*
but it was not even perfect. located outdoor, not behind the sunlight, super accessible to anyone..
when we entered the room, we needed to cover all our noses with our hands. because it stank! the reason was the bedding. do you want to imagine smelly bedding in the hotel room- especially pillows- if you pay about 160€ a night ? and of course, dusty.
The TV had a black playing screen for a while, even when we turned off, which means it was bright enough for sleep desire to run away.
Amenities were too bad, fortunately we had our owns.
They have a self check in machine. But you should finish your check in with a staff. The worse thing was that they made my payment double- even I informed them that I already did the self check in with the machine and finished the payment.

Good setup. good location. Nice rooms.
It was a problem that we could not leave our luggage for some hours on the day of depature.
It was also problematic that we could not pay for breakfast the same day.
One breakfast morning the staff told us we had not ordered breakfast even though we had. We where almost denied to eat.
