The bathroom was lovely. Your concierge staff were great. When I was leaving I called an Uber and the uber driver missed the driveway. But the lovely concierge gentleman took my luggage to him up and across the road. Fantastic service. Thank you.
We were mid floor and there was loud music coming from beneath us until around 1pm. Some of the amenities were missing in our room. I thought it strange that the coffees machine was put in front of the TV so I had to move it to watch the TV. To charge $8 for delivery for room service of a club sandwich was wrong. Happy to tip but not after being charged that. Curtains in room a little wared. Breakfast was absolutely cold. Was served a cappuccino without a teaspoon to put sugar in and my guest went to get a Green Tea and there were no saucers.

The Fullerton is centrally located and usually fantastic but not this time.
Communal areas were really cold.
My room was freezing as air con was broken. Reported this. Told it would be fixed but it wasn’t. Not offered an alternative room.

Great location and good-sized, comfortable rooms. I regularly choose to stay here when in Sydney.

The offer of upgrades was easy to do and a great choice of options. The upgrade to the club lounge was great , especially given the bar fridge in the room was not working for the first night until they fixed it.
The bar fridge was not working and I was overcharged for valet parking , charge for 4 nights when we stayed 2 nights , I have requested a refund. In addition the air conditioning temperature was warm and it was unable to be turned down and it was 40+ degrees outside on the day we checked in.

Breakfast - I only went one morning as it wasn't very good. Some a la carte freshly cooked options would be better for hot food rather than just buffet style. Coffee not great either, Could do with a proper barista. Also staff wouldn't let me sit where I wanted to sit despite there being free tables.

Hotel staff are friendly and great hospitality. We had a great time at club lounge, too. When our daughter birthday, it was wonderful surprised hotel provided lovely cake for her. Location is fantastic, we would like to come back for the future. Thank you very much!!
It is not hotel faults, more booking.com system.
I booked adults three persons through, booking.com, so I automatically though include cost, but it wasn’t it will be roll cost separately happen. But this time they kindly waved. So when you book 3 adults through booking.com you should check extra bed include or not in advance.

朝食会場は、１日目は渡り廊下のある眺めの良い席が利用できましたが、2日目は全体的に混みあってたのに、そちらのエリアが封鎖され、快適とは言えない中での朝食でした。

Each morning there was a queue up to 25 minutes to get a table for breakfast - never experienced this in any hotel I’ve stayed in before and I’ve stayed in hundreds. When you finally got a table the food was not hot - lukewarm.

Loved the location..so close to Pitt St Shopping and the Theatre Royal. Is a beautiful hotel, room was lovely and staff very friendly. Breakfast was delicious with lots of good options.
We went to the bar before our show and were told.it was table service. We ended up leaving without ordering as we waited for 10 minutes to be served and were worried we would be late for our show. Whilst we were seated as we arrived for breakfast, as we were leaving, could see a very large line up waiting to be seated. I would suggest not waiting till 9 am as that is when most seems to arrive.

The location was great
The asked me to wait 30 min on my arrival at 3pm to locate the extra bed in my room but guess what after getting into the room 45 min later the bed was not there, the service in the room was prepared for two people only but we were 3. Also for 3 days stay they charged me 6 times for the parking very poor communication about the parking and its charges.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Betten sehr bequem. Das Zimmer und vor allem das Badezimmer war ausreichend groß.
Das Bircher Müsli beim Frühstück hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Fahrstühle sind sehr flott, man muss nicht lange warten. Wir konnten im GYM noch duschen, weil unser Flug erst spät ging, das war sehr angenehm.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für ein Hotel dieser Klasse zu einfach gestrickt, Aber grundsätzlich war natürlich alles da was man brauchte. Mich stören immer diese Fertigmarmeladen in diesen kleinen Einwegverpackungen in einem 5-Sterne Hotel und wenn das Rüherei aussieht, als wird es aus einer Fertigmischung hergestellt.

The location is one of the main reasons I like staying at the hotel. The breakfast was one of the best hotel buffets I’ve ever had. Fresh food even at 10am! It was great and the architecture of the hotel is so special and makes for a unique dining atmosphere.

The lobby bathrooms could be a little better. Very dark, couldn’t get the hand dryers to work and no paper towel.
The bathroom in the room was great except for the minimal water pressure in the shower. Love the magnifying mirror!

Beautiful hotel, we’ll laid out rooms. Staff were friendly, but some English skills weren’t great
The hotel is cutting corners to save money on operations. Really cheapens the luxury hotel feel. For example, toilet paper is cheap - thin and scratchy and there was mold growing in the shower. The sink was cracked a while ago (crack had had time to discolor) and the bathroom sealant needed to be redone.
