Bed was comfy and shower was nice. Great location to Darling Harbour and so close to Cockle bay restaurants. Staff were nice.

Broken door to fridge was a bit annoying.

Excellent location for access to Darling Harbour and City. Well equipped kitchenette, part view of the Harbour.

Cleaning could have been better in the room and kettle was filthy inside. Noise from upstairs from children running riot early hours of morning (not good soundproofing). We did not appreciate being asked for $1 on credit card upon checking in. On questioning we were told this was in case the room was trashed!! We are senior respectful people and this is an insult. Manager was quite adamant as he refused to waive a small internet charge when we believed we were using free internet, and we did not access any external services. (A matter of principle)

Excellent location and facilities. The perfect accommodation for family wanting to explore Sydney. Will stay here again.

Very run down. In need of basic maintenance and dead huntsman in the room. Ok clean but not great. Check out receptionist was awesome but on check in there was no assistance with our luggage or really any offer to help.

Broken glass pieces in the carpet under the dining tabel i swept up with the provided dust pan. So our 5 year old daughter would not get a cut foot. Someone's old empty wine bottle in the back of a kitchen cupboard. And several broken fixtures in the room included the in cabinet bin and coat hanger on the back of the bathroom door. I was worried we may be charged for the broken fixture so I took photos on arrival to cover us.

The location was great

The cott didn't have a mattress and the staff expected my infant to sleep on a hard flat base. If the property would have advised us that they didn't supply mattresses for baby cots, we would have stayed elsewhere. The carpark, basement and elevators had a strong sewerage smell that travelled through the levels. There room had pieces of chips/biscuits left around the lounge which should have been cleaned before our arrival. Although the location was great, we are disappointed and didn't enjoy our stay.

Location was great being in Darling Harbour.

The pictures on booking.com and rooms were very different. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment, and the balcony was tiny. Had no room for table or chairs outside. We booked for a girls' weekend, wanted to relax and watch movies. There were no movie options on tv, no Netflix, no smart tv, so we could not connect and watch. No outdoor area that had size for us to sit and relax, have a glass of wine etc. Approached reception staff to see if we could change rooms and if there were other rooms with a bigger balcony that we could use. Reception said that they were fully booked. We then asked about TV, and the response was "we have no smart TVs at the hotel". For over $400 a night for a 1 bedroom apartment, I would expect more considering surrounding hotels and accommodation. The room needed an upgraded, and for an exciting girls' trip away, we made the most of it. However, was extremely disappointed in the overall room, service & facilities. On the 2nd day, I called for room service to get coffee brought up while we got ready, I called and kept calling for 10 minutes with no answer. I then called reception to ask if they could please put me through in case there was, in fact, an issue with the line I was calling. It also too, rang out and therefore could not order room service. The staff on Friday evening and night were fantastic. However, Saturday staff and Sunday morning staff were not welcoming or accommodating. I felt bad for asking about moving rooms, and the response about TV was disappointing. If a paying guest is not happy with accommodation or facilities offered, we should have been compensated. No compensation was offered. Overall, unsatisfied, extremely overpriced accommodation.
