It was nice and very comfortable. The bedsheet were so good and smelled fresh.The bathroom was wonderful.The staff were very kind and helpful always with a smile.we loved our stay at koryo.

The room was clean, quiet and professionally designed. The staff were very polite, professional and understanding despite my poor Korean skill. The location is also great; it is close to Metro and has familiar brands like Starbucks and Subway just down the road.

The strict checkout time at 11am was a little tough on me. My flight was at 4pm, which meant I had to spend at least a couple of hours at the uncomfortable airport lobby with nothing to do instead of staying in the comfort of my hotel room. Perhaps, maybe offer an option for flexible checkout time in the future? Pretty sure customers would be happy to pay for such option.

This hotel is worn out. It needs some some serious maintenance (to start) and a complete makeover in the room we stayed in. The bed we stayed in had only 3 legs and the mattress was horrible!!! I don't think in all my years of traveling I've ever tried to sleep in that bad of a bed. Also, skip the totally underwhelming breakfast buffet. A real disappointment by the lowest of western standards. There are not a lot of high quality options for lodging in Bucheon but this is definitely one to avoid.
